-Please mention that guests cannot walk on top of the outdoor poolside bar (will cause cracking).

• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)

• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)
