Aloha Lisa! Thanks so much you enjoyed the stay. We do apologize again for the inconvenience. The greeter did call you a day before but due to huge time difference there was no answer. So made a call the next day which is usually our process. Also, we filed a report regarding the AC problem and we were promise by the BV Management it should be fine. We tried our best to communicate with you and reply with all your requests in a timely manner however, there will be times maintenance are also on backlog which is totally beyond our control. We learned on this and whole management are aware of the situation. Hopefully you can visit again the beautiful area of Ko Olina. Mahalo, OLA Properties, Inc.
