Welcome to Hillside Villas 1538-2 by Gather, a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath villa located in the prestigious Ko Olina resort. This two-story unit is the epitome of comfort and elegance, providing an ideal retreat for families or groups.

The villa's heart lies in its kitchen, a space designed for culinary creativity. Fully equipped for home cooking, it includes all the essentials needed for preparing delightful family meals. The kitchen's open-plan design overlooks the living area, featuring a stunning island-chic dining table, ensuring that meal preparations and dining are enjoyable, communal experiences.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, a testament to comfort and style. Furnished with incredibly comfortable seating and decorated with a plantation-style motif, it’s a welcoming space for relaxation, engaging conversations, and entertainment.

Step through the sliding glass doors onto the lanai, complete with a brand new apple-red gas grill and ample outdoor seating. The lanai opens onto a large shared lawn, providing a peaceful and serene setting for outdoor grilling, dining, or simply soaking in the Hawaii atmosphere.

As you enter the villa, the welcoming entryway leads you to a convenient first-floor powder room, situated next to high-efficiency front-loader washing machines. This layout provides practicality and ease for all your laundry needs throughout your stay.

Upstairs, the villa continues to impress with its accommodation. The bright guest room, featuring a queen bed and flat-screen TV, offers both style and comfort. A second guest room with two twin beds and spacious mirrored closets is perfect for additional guests or children. The villa's highlight is the primary bedroom: a spacious king room with vaulted ceilings, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and high-end solid wood furniture. It also includes a massive closet with sliding mirror doors and an additional linen closet. The en-suite primary bathroom features a beautiful vanity and shower, complemented by a guest bathroom equipped with both a shower and a tub.

Conveniently situated across from the community pool, the villa includes a large one-car garage with additional shelving, enhancing the ease of your stay.

Please note, in adherence to Oahu's zoning laws, the villa requires a minimum 29-night rental and has an electricity usage cap of $500/month, with guests responsible for any excess.

Hillside Villas 1538-2 by Gather is not just a rental; it's a home away from home. It promises a resort-lifestyle experience that will create cherished memories for your family.

2 Assigned parking stalls for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.

Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.

The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
