The space
âš Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized memory-foam mattress bed. Every bedroom comes with a bathroom ensuite or right next to it.
âš The best part about this house is that it has lots of windows with adjustable smart blinds. For sure, you will enjoy the view from the rooms at night.
âš The kitchen is situated on the main floor with all the necessary amenities, i.e., smart TV, coffee machine, and full kitchen. All made available to make you feel like you are at your own home.
âš You are also welcomed to come to the rooftop of the house, to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, or night glass of wine.
Guest access
This home is located in a convenient area, close to everything you need. You can reach Downtown, Costco, Alki beach, Junction, LA Fitness, Whole Foods, QFC and Starbucks in minutes by car. You'll never run out of things to do and places to explore in this vibrant neighborhood.
đ Public transit: Bus stop to Downtown Seattle or Alki beach is across the street from our house. A bus comes every 10-15 minutes.
đ żïž Car parking: As we are opposite to a park, there are many free street parking spots around the neighborhood, within 1-2 blocks.

We want you to enjoy living in our property, but we also have some rules to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Please read them carefully before signing the lease agreement.
* Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the common areas. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
* We love animals, but we need to pay extra for our cleaners, we hence, have to charge a pet fee.
* You can park one car for free on the property. There is also free street parking available, but please follow the city regulations and do not block any driveways or fire hydrants.
