The house is located in Eco Patacho Residence Condominium, at Patacho Beach, an environmental protection area that is incredibly beautiful, with white sand and beautiful blue sea. It's great for children, walks, and very safe. Patacho Beach, located in Porto de Pedras, North Coast of Alagoas on the Ecological Route of the Miracles, has been awarded the Blue Flag seal for the second consecutive year. The international seal confirms that the beach ensures sustainable tourism, safety, and promotes social responsibility.

The house is conveniently located and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a sensational stay. You have exclusive access (not shared) to the entire house. The beach is in front of the condominium, 850 meters from the house, and access to it is through the exclusive beach club, which has rotating parking for guests. It has 1 private garage and an additional parking space on the street.
