The property and views are beautiful, the cottage is adorable and very clean, and Gus was so welcoming; his communication and hospitality were excellent.

The host was wonderful, location was perfectly distanced from Brimfield Flea Market, and the view from the porch was gorgeous! Lovely place to stay.

This is our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Gus is an excellent host and even goes the extra mile to accommodate us when needed. Highly recommend! And the gorgeous view of the lake is just the cherry on top of this place.

Lovely view of pond. Kitchen well equipped and a grill for family dinners with plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Second bedroom with twin beds very tight as well as bathroom so not for a handicapped person.We enjoyed swimming with tubes as bottom of pond was murky due to jet skis and pontoon boats.

This place is fantastic!! Nice quiet place in the woods on a very beautiful lake . The host was fantastic. Excellent communication and maintenance of property. Place had everything you need to relax for as long as you stay . Highly recommended this place you will not be disappointed. Great amenities, and easy to get to . Stores are close by as well as good food . The place though, is amazing and you won’t want to leave .

My friend and I needed a place to stay for a last minute guys weekend and we found Gus's wonderful stuga (cottage!). It was perfect, in a nice private area with a great view, great deck, and just the right amount of room for a few people to relax and enjoy the fall. Would definitely consider going again when it is a bit warmer to enjoy the lake even more!

The location can't be beat. Gus was a fantastic host (the cookies really sealed the deal on that one). The house is exactly as described, and, in my opinion, the pictures don't do it justice. If you're looking for a quiet lakefront retreat, don't hesitate on this rental.

Fantastic place to stay

Warm and cozy. It was so nice to sit out on the porch with a complimetary bottle of wine and cookies from our host. He came to make sure we got into the home. It was very kind and thoughtful. Great location. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend this cottage.

The perfect landing spot for our trip

This small cabin is clean as a whistle - possibly the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! Beds were comfortable, towels were big and nice, kitchen had what we needed, laundry equipment was a godsend. Little complimentary touches by the owners were appreciated.An excellent experience!!

This is a fantastic little property. We stayed here to go to the Brimfield flea market and it was ridiculously close. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and it's got a beautiful view of the lake and a little dock that you can sit on and sip your wine. Gus was absolutely wonderful to work with and there were fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine when we walked in. As well as some nice little treats in the fridge for us. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

Beautiful area and cute cottage. Host was helpful. Host was accommodating. Thank you for the cookies and wine. Be aware no microwave if you expect one and a kureig is available not a coffee pot. Had a great time!!

This was such a beautiful experience. The cottage felt so much like home. The balcony and view were amazing. The heated massage chair, cookies and wine on the table, were amazing and unexpected additions. The owner communicated well and clearly, even offering me an early check-in. I had an amazing spiritual, restorative, peaceful weekend here. THANK YOU!! Look forward to returning.

We loved the location. So close to the Brimfield show. We were able to come back for lunch and then go back to shop. The cottage was very cozy and clean. Our host was very accommodating. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and cookies. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening and watched the ducks come to shore. It was peaceful. Would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful stay with my 2 kids. the view was wonderful having a cup of coffee on the deck looking at the lake. checking in and out was very easy. the set up gave a lot of room for the 3 of us. The treats left for us when we got there was very thoughtful and kind, we appreciated it. I will defiantly be staying again at this property. Thank you again Deana
