Guest H4U - HeroĂsmo 3T is a renovated studio located on the third floor with lift access, set in a typical Portuguese building blending antique charm with modern, cozy decor. The flat features a small balcony where you can relax outdoors. Â
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hobs, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essential utensils to prepare meals or breakfast. Â
The studio offers a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a comfortable double bed (160x200) with a dressing area. Â
We provide a 4G hotspot Wi-Fi connection and a TV. The flat is ideal for 2 adults plus 1 baby (under 3 years in a crib). With air conditioning, it's perfect for year-round stays. A great choice for a romantic getaway.

Check-in: 15:00â20:00 (free); 20:00â21:30 (15âŹ); 21:30â23:00 (25âŹ); 23:00â00:00 (50âŹ); after 00:00 (from 50âŹ) â all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.
Cleaning Fee: - Please note that the cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights is 29âŹ. For stays of 7 nights or more, the cleaning fee is 58âŹ. The cleaning fee is to be paid in cash upon arrival. If you clean the apartment at the end of your stay, the cleaning fee will be refunded.
City tax: 3⏠per person, per night â to be paid in cash at arrival.
Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy: - Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy: - Pets are not allowed.
Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): 25⏠per week. Baby cot only: 15⏠per week.
Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of âŹ200 will be charged.
