The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hobs, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the essential utensils to prepare meals or breakfast. Â
The studio offers a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a comfortable double bed (160x200) with a dressing area. Â
We provide a 4G hotspot Wi-Fi connection and a TV. The flat is ideal for 2 adults plus 1 baby (under 3 years in a crib). With air conditioning, it's perfect for year-round stays. A great choice for a romantic getaway.
For your convenience, we offer access to one private parking space in a garage for just 13⏠per day (subject to availability and prior request), located about 1 minute on foot (approximately 80 m) from the property.

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy: - Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy: - Pets are not allowed.
Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): 25⏠per week. Baby cot only: 15⏠per week.
