We respect our neighbors who live there year-round, so we, therefore, do not allow our guests to have parties/events and require that noise be kept at a respectable level.

• Guests have access to the whole house
(other than 2 small linen closets in the main floor lounge room and a small basement storage room).

• This property features self-check-in, no keys are required.

• Grocery stores, specialty shops, and boutiques are 5 minutes away.

If you need assistance with something please reach out through the Airbnb app and we'll be happy to assist you between 8am and 8 pm, daily.

Maximum 4 cars at any time in our driveway and no street parking.

Driving is made easy on the town and city streets.

Bike rentals are available by local facilities if you wish to have bikes during your stay.

Our rules are pretty straight-to-the-point. Some are backed by the city's laws, and not following them could mean big fines, losing demerit points, or even waving goodbye to our short-term rental license. We don't joke around with these bylaws and house rules, and we're thankful for your understanding and cooperation

• No parties or events are permitted on the property.
• No more than 8 adults are allowed on the property without prior approval.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• A maximum of 4 cars are permitted in the driveway (City bylaw).
• Street parking is not allowed (strictly enforced bylaw).
• Small to medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a limit of 2.


COTTAGE Registration:

After booking confirmation, a "Cottage Booking Registration" will be sent to you via email, which must be completed and returned prior to arriving for the booking. This is a mandatory requirement enforced by the town, not us.

Our team will inform you via chat once it has been sent. Depending on your check-in date, the contract issuance may take a few days to a few weeks.
