Vackert ombyggt hösten 2016 har detta Premier-rankade lägenhet med 1 sovrum sin egen privata yttre ingång och går ut för att komma till stigar. Den här hörnenheten har massor av fönster och mycket ljus. Vardagsrummet har en 50-tums platt-TV med en DVD-spelare, en eldstad och en bäddsoffa i queen-size. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet med en platt-TV och fickdörr för avskildhet.

Storm Meadows I på Christie Base ligger direkt utanför Right-O-Way-nybörjaren vid basen av Steamboat Ski Area. Gästerna kan enkelt komma till sluttningarna med en kort promenad från fastigheten. Vid lunchtid eller dags slut kan gästerna åka skidor eller snowboard tillbaka till sin byggnad.

Den här bekväma egenskapen erbjuder utsikt över skidbackarna och södra Yampa-dalen. Det ligger precis ovanför Ski Time Square, där du kan göra afterskidaktiviteter, butiker och restauranger bara en kort promenad bort. Steamboat Quaint Condo

The small one bedroom Condo was very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed being in the heart of the ski area. This is a walk out, ski in and not a ski in ski out. The walk out to the slopes is at least 300 to 400 feet, so be aware that it is a long uphill walk out to the slopes. The ski in is very easy. I would recommend this to younger skiers with the fitness for the walk, but definitely not for seniors.

Relaxing Stay

Booked for our anniversary. We liked the ground unit. Easy to find unit if you read directions with keys. Very quite and clean. A couple of miles from downtown Steamboat. There are shuttles, but we didn’t mind driving. Would deffinayely book again.

location confusing

Hard to find condo and hard to find room in the condo. Walked around with skis in tow quite a bit to find our room. Later found a map of the room layout buried in our welcome folder that was not pointed out to us. Only access was from outside which was not clear up front. Condo was smaller than anticipated. Everything else was great. Condo was clean, well equipped and ski in ski out was great.

The description was spot on. A short Walk up to the trails and be able to ski literally to the door. Clean and extremely well cared for. I’ll be booking there again.

Good access..comfortable...liked being on the ground floor....but access from parking was awkward. Fold out mattress needs replaced.

The condo far exceeded our expectations. It has been completely renovated sometime recently I would guess. Beautiful place. Was great seeing a bear out and about in the grass one evening as well!

Very disappointed

The WiFi listed in pamphlet was not an option to choose from. So no WiFi for the weekend. Went to office at 8 am Saturday am to tell them no WiFi and we had no bedding for the sofa. They said they would take care of it. Ended up with No bedding and no WiFi.

Management Fail

No Wifi. Called and the desk said they would send a tech. 3 days and no tech my wife works remotely. The condo is not ADA at all. The description does not say stairs were involved. My wife is disabled to the point where she was literally crying by the time we got to the room. Finally. Do not go to Steamboat when there’s a soccer tournament. We were literally inundated with 50 people outside our condo on Saturday night. They took our patio furniture, monopolized the bbq and hot tubs. We called the front desk and security but was told that it’s soccer week and that just happens. We will not come back and recommend all of our friends on social media not to patronize your management group. In all my years of renting properties I have NEVER been so insulted. I want nothing from your group. No reply is necessary. Dale Becker

Steamboat ski weekend

My friends and I loved everything about this property. Our favorite part was the proximity to the slopes and being able to come back for a break at lunch and sit by the fireplace.

Nice weekend getaway

Super well-done remodel of the unit—it is definitely very cumbersome to get to the actual unit and parking was sort of scarce on Labor Day weekend, but it was so private and nice! The property management company, Mountain Resorts is very communicative. We’d actually consider buying a unit in Steamboat because they were so helpful and the unit was well taken care of :)

Great Condo!

We had an awesome stay here. Very modern space with updated appliances. Great location with a short walk to the base of the mountain. The staff were super friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Girls Trip

Loved almost everything- except 2 things. We arrived at 4:30 for a 4pm checkin time to be told the unit wasn’t ready and “check in starts at 4”- which made no sense to us. A very rude female front desk employee nearly yelled at us for trying to get our refrigerated food into the unit. Second, we got charged for a “standard service fee” of $40 that was not disclosed in our initial billing. Great little unit though.

Such a perfect little place!

We couldn’t get over how perfect this place was for the two of us. We’ve recently had a bad renting experience in a different location so we were a little apprehensive. I’m happy to say that this gem restored our faith in HomeAway! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and exceptionally clean.
