Getting Around:
Feel free to park your car in a gated, assigned spot and set out on foot, cab, uber or the South Beach Trolley that connects you to all of South Beach. The most important of which will be your 3 minute walk to South (Miami) Beach. With South Point and Lincoln Rd. within walking distance as well (7-12 city blocks). Our favorite spot is a splash pad located in South Pointe Park. Our little boys love playing in the water to stay cool! 💦

▶ Minimum age is 18
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Do not flush paper, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
