The space features a very large outdoor conversational seating area on the back deck with comfortable cushions, coffee table etc.
The apt is small and cozy but very private with a private yard and deck
Guest Access
Parking space is provided for one car. local conservation area trails close to the apt.
The Neighbourhood
Close to all major highways, shopping , hospital, schools, beautiful conservation area, walking hiking running and biking trails family oriented VERY quiet neighbourhood
Large park with playground and a large grass field within a 1 minute walk.
Public transportation is near by.
There is a very large state of the art recreational centre within a fifteen minute walk through a beautiful paved conservation area directly linked to our street.
Getting Around
Viva, GO close by and two 400 series highways are close

The backyard and deck are only accessible via the basement apt so this space is completely reserved for a guest to use for their own privacy.

We love our neighbourhood /town and the close proximity to Toronto ( my hometown)
We LOVE to travel and have lived in other countries as well as other parts of Canada.
We are adventurous and creative and try to enjoy life.
We are open to answering questions if you have any.
We host in a way that we would want to be hosted- we are very respectful of privacy and are hands off hosts. We have a pretty active and busy home life complete with sports schedules etc. So we are not homebodies and the apt is ideal for anyone wanting a very private stay.
If you need local info or anything of that nature just let us know upon booking.
We are also open to house swapping depending on your home location.

The apartment is very private and comes with a large deck and seating area as well as a small lawn only accessible via the apartment. We accept dogs but not other animals as pets for the guest.
