This charming 3 bedroom villa is located in the traditional fishing village of Moraira. The villa is in a very peaceful residential area with a wide range of amenities in the vicinity. Moraira town centre and the main sandy beach – L’Ampolla – are an easy 10-15 minute walk away.

The villa is set within a small and private community, where the majority are permanent residents. All of these properties share access to a beautiful communal swimming pool, outside showers, large pool terrace and landscaped gardens.

The house itself has off-road private parking for one vehicle. A few steps lead up to the property itself, which is all on one level.

The naya at the front of the property has a dining table and chairs. This leads through to the spacious open- plan living area, with feature fireplace and UK satellite TV.
