Hacienda Hermosa, our newly renovated Old Floridian style estate in Briarcliff Estates, known as one of the most affluent and safe locations in Fort Myers. Hidden away the lush tropical landscape creates a secluded retreat, this magical place is just minutes away from all essential amenities, including shopping, restaurants, golf, airport, beach, and more. This estate is perfect for the large family/friends or a retreat etc, with 4 separate unique units for privacy. Cleanliness, clean/natural soaps, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies are priority. All bedding is white and 100% organic cotton.

The Space:
Hacienda Hermosa has recently been completely renovated, featuring beautiful and tasteful elegant décor. Experience luxury in every corner of this enchanting retreat featuring a heated pool and jacuzzi. The house consists of FOUR seperate units super clean & immaculate 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, and 4 separate kitchens! The house also offer additional sleeping options in common areas - 1 double day bed, a trundle bed (up to 20), crib, playpen, high chair if needed. The estate is sitting on 6 acres historically as an oak tree farm, with a forest of ancient oak trees surrounding the property.

The main house, Casa Carmen, has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a new kitchen with brand-new appliances, a formal dining room, as well as a large screened-in porch (lanai) for dining, grilling, or relaxation with a good book. The front porch with rocking chairs is perfect for your morning coffee. Casa Carmen also includes a seperate attached unit with a full kitchen and bathroom and a seperate entrence!! Perfect for nanny quarters, Buttler, or in-laws, a beautiful studio suite.

The second Suite, Casa de Sol, is a charming one-bedroom gem that can host up to four guests, featuring a queen bed, an additional queen day bed, and a full bathroom. The open-concept brand new eat-in kitchen enhances the inviting atmosphere. The neutral décor sets a soothing backdrop, encouraging you to unwind and connect with the natural beauty around. With direct patio access overlooking the pool, Casa de Sol is a delightful and convenient unit, perfect for those seeking a blend of comfort and outdoor proximity. The patio doors open to the pool area.

The third suite, Casa Ricardo is a detached house within the retreat featuring two bedrooms and a full 5-piece bathroom with dual sinks. Bedrooms feature king beds completed with deluxe 400-thread-count, 100% cotton linens. this fun unit also features a walk-out design from the bedrooms directly to the pool, offering a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The cool vibe is enhanced by the open concept living, kitchen and dining area, providing a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

The estate offers three separately decorated suites, providing privacy and comfort for each guest. If desired, these suites can be opened up to each other, ideal for large family gatherings, retreats, corporate events, reunions, and more, accommodating a total of 18 guests. Historically, the property was an old oak tree farm, surrounded by ancient oak trees that create a magical experience. The trees lining the entrance are illuminated with twinkle lights, making evenings on the front porch breathtaking.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in an area where the hurricane or storms have not impacted the house. We are situated on 6 acres of beautiful lush tropical landscape, we have been through the worst Hurricane Ian and were not impacted. We also have solar panels on the house for electricity.

Other Things to Note:
We’re happy to host small events and gatherings of up to 50 guests. For groups larger than 20, an additional fee of $150 will apply for each guest beyond the initial 20. All event must have written permission from us.
