Please note there is no stove in the unit - We have an air fryer, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. *

Ubereats, DoorDash, and Skip the Dishes are all available to property address. - Guest may access through the application of provider they want to order food from.

Laundry, Dish, and Cleaning service are available during your stay for additional fees, so please reach out as per your needs!

We allow fur friends (pets) but there is an additional cleaning fee attached based on size, so please message to inquire further.

We have a tight window between guests in which to sanitize and prepare the space to the same standards which you enjoyed. Check out time strictly enforced other "overstay" charges will apply. There is a possibility for late check-outs or early check-ins based on availability so please reach out to us, and we would be happy to help.

Tidy up Instructions:

Place all dirty dishes in the basket provided for cleaning
Strip the bedding sheets and comforter cover and leave bedding on beds
Place all used towels in a white garbage bag
Remove all Garbage (incl bathroom)/ recycling and leave outside the front door.
Lint roll the couch if you had a pet with you who sheds!
Lock up with keypad & Notify us once vacated!

Well the pictures are accurate and nicely decorated but that’s where is stop. Dirty mini fridge full of beer so we could not use it. Texted the property mgr and nothing. Plastic utensils, no where to wash dishes, stained towels broken table, toilet paper dispenser and yes not enough toilet paper (had to buy. The A/C didn’t work was very hot and you couldn’t open windows enough, they would get stuck. Again, nice looking place and beds were ok but nothing else positive to say. They need a better manager and someone that can answer calls. Check in was easy but after that your’re on your own

Dissappointed :(

I reached out when we were an hour away and had a wi-fi connection.The host did send us the information to check in by the time we arrived but the write up was a little confusing, "There is available and lots of street parking so please park anywhere that you see fit."We tried to enter the driveway with the code provide but that was only for the house not the driveway gate. Once we figured it out and contact with the host we parked and got into the loft.Once the wi-fi was reset we were able to log on and find a restaurant to eat supper.We respected the quiet hours "Please note we have quiet hours from 9pm-7 am".I did not realize that this was only for guests and not for the home owners at sometime after 1am, driving into the garage with very loud tunes going. I guess they needed to unwind for a few minutes before going into the house.Hey stuff happens and teenagers are teenagers, i guess that stuff can happen when you stay over a garage. Like I said, just dissapppointing.

Lovely...

90% was amazing. The host was wonderful at being accommodating/ polite and responded quickly to us. Beautiful unit with lots of space. Nice walking areas. The only things we struggled with was the "kitchen" situation and the awkward livingroom bathroom. Felt on display with the glass doors. Would have been nice if it was swept and dusted before we arrived.

Bad ghost host

Booked in October for December stay. Host never communicated that the property was not available. Never a peep. Had to call customer service the day of travel.
