Excellent quiet break from travels

It was just nice. People don't talk enough about how comfortable the seating is. The sofa and chair were very comfortable. The dining chairs are very comfortable. This is not always the case and we were very appreciative.

Jorge's apartment is larger than it appears in the pictures, and has a beautiful living room, and well appointed kitchen. Everything is excellent quality. Great value for the price. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home away from Home

August 18-23, 2024. I was registered in a 5 day course at a site just northeast of Duncan. It took me 20 minutes to drive there each morning and back again by dinner. The rental unit was exceptionally clean and well outfitted. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good. I didn't have a chance to use the barbecue but there was a deck with table, chairs and patio couch/chairs that was lovely. Good quality kitchen equipment. It even had a blender! TV was excellent and the electric fireplace was welcome in the evenings as it cooled off. Living room and eating area were nicely appointed, comfortable. Groceries, pharmacy and liquor/wine within 5 minute drive just off Highway 1. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

BEAUTIFUL suite!! Spacious, very well appointed, optimum layout with separation between bedroom and living space, extremely comfortable bed! Fantastic location. Beautiful grounds; easy access to/from highway; quaint mall w/ grocery store, restaurant, coffee shop, liquor store near by; close to the heart of Cobble Hill. Looking forward to returning.

The facility was great. Very nice quiet location. Host was friendly and encouraged us to help ourselves to the blue berries in the orchard that were ready. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. We would stay there again.

Lovely country feel

It was a nice clean and open space with plenty of amenities and a wonderful deck to enjoy the Orchard.The house were very responsive and provided all the details but also made it self-explanatory. We were only in town for one night but I could easily imagine staying a few just cause the place was wonderful. Jorge was very friendly and communicative

My parents didn't sleep well in the bed. They both said it was uncomfortable. Everything else was fantastic.

I was very happy with this rental. It was really nice space, in a good location, and it was surprisingly more spacious than it looked from the pictures. I would definitely rent again.

Gorgeous property

We really had no idea what to expect as far at the area since I picked it thinking my husband would be interested in a nearby winery. We ended up skipping the wineries, but had a delicious dinner on Cowichan Bay and a relaxing evening in the unit. Really a beautiful area and property!

Lovely place, louder than expected

The unit was lovely. Very clean, furnishings looked to be new. Liked the rural setting. The unit is below the main house and we could hear the family above us talking, walking around, going up and down the stairs. It made us concerned that they might hear us, and it didn't feel very private.
