Take in Views: This villa offers picturesque views of the Seabrook Island Racquet Club courts, which is the home of the annual Alan Fleming Tournament each Fall. Private balconies invite you to savor morning coffee or witness an incredible low-country sunset. The porch, ideal for reading or a post-beach nap, completes the serene setting.
Interior Comforts: Enter into a comfortable living room with ample seating, a large screen TV, and vaulted ceilings. The dining area and fully stocked kitchen, featuring custom cabinetry and granite countertops, are perfect for cooking and entertaining.
Restful Retreats: The primary bedroom boasts a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, TV, dresser, ample closet space, and a private balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, closet, and a Juliet balcony, with an ensuite bathroom that also opens to the hallway.
Convenient Amenities: parking for 2 vehicles are available in the carport below the villa. Guests have complimentary access to the outdoor Lakehouse pool, basketball court, volleyball court, and playground area. Seasonal access to the complex pool is also included.
Access & Parking: Seabrook is a gated island and each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Currently, each vehicle is subject to a $40 gate pass fee (included with your reservation). There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. At this property the vehicle maximum is two, which includes LSV vehicles.
Optional Luxuries: Guests can opt for a Seabrook Island Amenity Card, providing access to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, golf, tennis, and various club dining options. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. The cards are $50andper day per family. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
