Welcome to Rehoboth Crossing where the living is easy and the days are long. This modernly styled townhome welcomes you with a large foyer featuring a bench and hooks to place your beach equipment as well as a generous coat closet. Beyond the foyer you will find the first of three main bedrooms that features a queen size bed full bathroom and patio with a swing. Make yourself at home after a long day at the beach in the cozy family room with a large sectional, and private furnished outdoor deck. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with a generous island and coffee bar to make your time at the beach easy. As you head upstairs you will find a full size, Samsung washer & dryer in the third floor hall closet, so no need to pack a lot--you can always do laundry. The first of two main suites on this floor has a king sized bed, bathroom with double sinks, a walk in closet and a furnished deck. The second suite on this level is a playful bunk room where you will find a queen. Full and twin trundle. This room also has a full en-suite and a generous amount of closet space. The home is equipped with Nest-controlled central air conditioning and heating thermostat. The family room and every bedroom has its own smartTV and/or a high tech AppleTV. Wireless high-speed Internet is available throughout the home! This townhome is located in the popular Rehoboth Crossing community, which is a short bike ride to downtown Rehoboth Beach and the famous boardwalk. The location is extremely convenient to the outlets along Route 1 as well as miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, restaurants, etc. The community features a large, in-ground swimming pool as well as a clubhouse with exercise equipment. Rehoboth Crossing backs up to the Junction and Breakwater Trail - a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, DE. So bring your bikes or rent some in town. Getting to the beach is a quick bike ride, nice long walk, short drive or just hop on the shuttle and let someone else do the driving.

We had the best week. We will definitely be back and would love to stay there again. Easy process, linens waiting, clean and neat property with all amenities we needed. We would definitely love to stay again. Pool was great, quiet area but in a great location. Loved it!!! "THE BIG CHILL". PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY.

Upon arrival our rental was dirty (not vacuumed, dust EVERYWHERE, bathrooms sub par), I contacted the host who was able to send another company to clean out that evening. That was fine but the host never reached out to see if everything was okay. On top of that, the beds are horrible, they creak every single time you move and the shower door wouldn’t stay on the track. Save your money and go somewhere else, I wouldn’t ever stay here again. This place is not well maintained, they used the cheapest paint and carpet and it looks like the carpet hasn’t been cleaned in years. The location was central to a lot and that was the best part about it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry that your initial arrival experience did not meet expectations. While we were able to arrange for another cleaning company to address the concerns that same evening, I agree that we should have followed up afterward to make sure everything was taken care of. We have removed the current cleaner and have assigned a new cleaner to clean this property. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance issues to our attention. The bed noise and shower door are certainly things we want to address, and we’ll be taking a closer look at the condition of the property to ensure it is properly maintained. We’re glad the central location was convenient for you, and we sincerely regret that the overall experience fell short of what you expected. We enjoyed this home and vacation. It was a nice location - not right in the action but a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The setup of the house was lovely, spacious, exactly what our family needed and the pool was a great bonus.When we arrived, there were play darts/toys in the dresser in the upstairs master, a piece of trash under the nightstand in the upstairs master, items on the floor of both closets in the room with the bunk beds. This makes you question if/how well the house was cleaned between guests. Perhaps it was on me for not doing my homework, but I was surprised at how little was supplied or at least to start the stay. No hand soap or paper towels upon arrival, no dishwasher pod for a first load, etc. This has not been my experience at other rentals so it was a bit surprising to me, but like I said, could be completely on me.

Nicely kept condo. Good size rooms with a bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good location. Easy drive to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

The house is beautiful- updated, cute, and clean. Manager was easy to communicate with, very helpful, prompt, and professional. Located a ten minute drive from everything you need. Exactly as described in listing. Only complaint is that you have to bring everything- hairdryer, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, sheets, pillowcases. You can opt into a linen package but it costs 250.

The location of the house and the community it was in was great. Access to the pool, close proximity to restaurants and basic necessities was perfect. It is no more then a 15min drive to the beach pending traffic (which is uncontrollable). Now, the downside to things. The pictures of the property are somewhat misleading. The pictures were likely taken when the property was first listed or at the top of the year when they perform a deep clean. The entryway stairs obviously get a fair amount of traffic so they are soiled and need to either be replaced or shampooed more frequently. Downstairs bathroom needed a simple fix to have the toilet not constantly run and need a handle jiggle. There was a empty beer can left on the downstairs outdoor swing. Kitchen counter tops may be been wiped down but the floor was dusty and needed a more thorough mopping. The refrigerator had a note on it to state there was a leak. If you are collecting consistent bookings a new refrigerator should be in budget, it would have be less then half of our booking fee. The couch albeit very comfortable needed to be vacuumed under the cushions and under the couch, it was evident the cleaning crew was more concerned with turnover and not being thorough. The mats for the bathroom floors were left in the washing machine. The shower door in the master bathroom came off of the rails several times and fell in on my sister in-law.Thank you greatly.
