We stayed in this 3-bedroom apartment as a family of six (with four young kids), and it worked well for us—though with more people it would definitely start to feel crowded. The location was excellent: just steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, and all the necessary stores. Fresh produce at local markets was a highlight, and we loved being in a neighborhood setting with parks and authentic dining options, while still feeling very safe.Getting around was easy—there’s a bus stop close by, which made trips to the beach (about an hour with traffic) and the city center (about 30 minutes) very manageable. Uber wasn’t much quicker, so public transit was a solid choice.The host was incredible—knowledgeable, welcoming, and full of great suggestions that really enhanced our stay. That said, while the apartment was free of bugs or rodents, the overall cleanliness and linens could have been better. It didn’t ruin our trip, but I did spend some time tidying to my own (admittedly high) standards.All in all, the unbeatable location and wonderful host outweighed the downsides. If you’re looking to experience life outside the city with easy access to everything you need, this is a great choice.

A bit of a dive, lacking in luxury and of all things ‘bedding’

This apartment is not as advertised, the pictures are not as per pictures on the site, however it was clean and the shower was hot everyday. We were not provided with enough sheets on the first night. Despite sending emails informing of an additional person, How ever there were not even enough sheets for my original booking. Duvets came without covers when they did arrive on the second night. Mix match of sheets and towels. Broken kitchen cupboards, limited kitchen resources and equipment, cups and mugs came in a variety of sizes but as individual products not sets, also plates, pans , glasses etc were all dirty and needed cleaning. There wasn’t a kettle available the first day, then a dirty kettle was provided, when I suggested I’d buy cleaner, she offered to come and clean it. The landlady didn’t have enough equipment for all her apartments. So the iron was borrowed and one of the mattresses from the sofa bed. This reduced the comfort ability of sitting on a sofa in the evenings as there wasn’t a cushioned back to the sofa bed. In addition continued what’s app messages from the landlady throughout my holiday which I found quite intrusive. However I have family in Athens and thouroughly enjoyed my day trips out, I walked everywhere and had a great time out. I would suggest that Marie invests in bedding sets, towel sets and kitchen plates etc to ensure guests have all the equipment required. Very disappointed having previously rented apartments and also having had your site recommended to me. Marie offers a private touring service, which may suit some guests However as I had a planned itinerary this wasn’t necessary and I found the constant ‘ what’s apping’ Quite invasive in terms of my privacy. It’s a shame considering the reviews that led me to book this apartment.

Amazingl ,comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled apartment.It was very clean ,modern and comfortable for our family of 4.It was close to everything : bakery ,restaurants,metro stop,a quick ride to the Acropolis and all tourists attractions.We love to come back.Marie, was amazing ,she was there to help with anything and showed us all around.A botltle of nice Greek wine as a welcome gift was very especial,which helped us to relax and enjoyed our stay at Athens THANK YOU SO MUCH MARIE ,IT WERE OUR PLEASURE TO MEET YOU, Sincerely, THE THE CONDO FAMILY.

BON SEJOUR

Marie est très très disponible, donne beaucoup beaucoup d’informations. Gîte pour 2 personnes 3 maxi car après vous ne pouvez plus installer la table pour les repas. Prendre le bus pour se rendre à Athènes, 15 minutes de bus. Commerces dans tout le quartier sans problème, dommage les grecs manquent de gentillesse, d’ouverture aux touristes, peu de sourire et d’aide. Nous avons été surpris d’autant que nous sommes en Europe…. Mais bon séjour en famille et de quoi visiter mais documentez vous avant de partir. Commentaire qui ne concerne pas Marie mais elle vous dira qu'elle est d'origine Arménienne donc différente, nous confirmons. Nous aurions aimé lire dans l’annonce deux éléments importants, comme cela pas de mauvaises surprises à l’arrivée et le séjour est préparé : - Pas mettre plusieurs appareils électriques en même temps sinon coupure de courant (coupure le 25 décembre pour nous !!!) résolu par Marie - Pas le papier dans les toilettes (tout dans une poubelle) Marie merci de faire quelque chose pour la douche, nous avons une piscine quand nous sortons c'est très désagréable, un bac aurait été plus adapté qu'une douche à l'italienne pas bien conçue... Merci pour tout.

Appartement proche acropole, très bonne accueil

Marie nous a dès notre arrivée très bien accueilli, elle parle l'anglais et le français, elle a pris le temps de nous donner tous les bons restos et lieux à faire et comme déjà dit dans d'autres avis elle est toujours disponible pour nous! Bref un accueil exemplaire. L'appartement est spacieux, proche boulevard, très bien desservi par les bus de ville, proche acropole.

Best trip in Athen at Marie's

We've been welcomed so well ! Marie is an amazing hostress, really nice, she speaks english and french very weel. The appartment is real close to the Acropolis, it's big, nice, very well designed, the beds are comfortable. The welcoming was amazing : greek breakfast in the kitchen, Marie gave us many adresses of the best places in Athen (restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, places to visit, museums...). Don't hesitate to call her to help you organize your trip, she's got so much ideas! Thanks again Marie! Nous avons été super bien accueillis! Marie est une hôtesse formidable, très gentille, elle parle très bien anglais et français. L'appartement est tout près de l'acropole, il est grand, agréable, très bien décoré, les lits sont confortables. L'accueil a été formidable : petit-déjeuner grec dans la cuisine, Marie nous a donné de nombreuses adresses des meilleurs endroits d'Athènes (restaurants, bars, boîtes, magasins, visites à faire, musées,...). N'hésitez pas à l'appeler pour organiser votre voyage avec elle, elle a plein d'idées! Merci encore Marie!

Appartement bien localisé

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire Marie, qui nous a servie de guide et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour notre séjour d'une semaine à Athènes. L'appartement est lumineux et convient pour 3 ou 4 pers, il est bien desservi par les transports en commun et proche de tous commerces.
