At check in, we will be waiting for you at the apartment, for the keys handover, in order to show you around and to answer every question you might have. In addition, we will explain to you everything you need to know, in order to take the most of Athens, no matter how short your stay might be. Small secrets regarding gem restaurants, trendy bars, smart shops, that are known only to locals, will be revealed to you!
We meet and greet my guests we take them on a short orientation tour and offer them any assistance they require.I will be there to make sure all is well and we will try to help you with formalities and anything else you should need with direct communication throughout the duration of your stay.
At your arrival we will also give you a guide that we will have personally prepared with all my suggestions and tips for the town.
You can call us anytime Day/Night or even be in contact us me with What's up/VIber.We will be glad to offer you a first class stay all the way!

Many supermarkets and small shops with people you can personally meet are all around.Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes are all over the neighborhood. Grocery stores, Bakery, Super Market and Mini Markets are in a heartbeat distance. There are three supermarkets nearby and the one open until 23:00 daily.(Indicated on the map at the house.)
This is one of the safest areas, so you can walk around with your friends or your family with no worries.

Many Greek journalists, writers, artists, politicians,scientists,businessmen painters and actors live in here. For all these reasons, many Athenians, from other areas, are coming into our neighborhood in order to walk its quaint streets, enjoying its beauties.
Everything, that is worth seeing in Athens,five minutes away to our apartment which is very conveniently located to meet all of your needs:
If you feel tired by the sightseeing, or if you feel struck by the summer heat or even if you have exceeded yourself in shopping you can, always, return back home, for a quick shower, to grab a bite to eat or to take a nap, and continue later on!
If you feel refreshed - after fallen asleep you can go jogging or play basket into the Stavros Niarchos Unique Modern Cultural Center&Park at the end of Sygrou Boulevard or to play voley-ball at Riaction gym 5 min away, or go for a drink to the superb "Epitokio" bar or to have a beer/Delecious Coktail at the cult "Funky Monkey Cafe Bar" which are both next in Nea Smirni, or to go shopping in "Ermou" str., or âŠ
