Weâre two houses down from water access and a short walk to parks, marinas and the Providence-Bristol Bike Path. Providence Water Fire, Sunday evening Latham Park music (walking distance from cottage), Jacobâs Marsh Nature Preserve, Colt State Park, Blithewold Mansion, Newport Vineyards and the Providence River Pedestrian Bridge are all nearby attractions. We are also in close proximity to many colleges and hospitals.
There are several breweries and dozens of amazing restaurants within a15-minute drive from our front door.
