A modern loft overlooking the sea. The apartment is a single space typical of the loft, and it doesn't have any partitions or doors, except in the bathroom.
Upstairs, the 40 square meter loft is 2.2m high and is fenced with a metal railing separately from the rest of the space.
Downstairs 51 square meters is an equally cohesive space. The bathroom is downstairs. The apartment has an entire apartment with a wide balcony west with open landscapes.
Starting May 1, 2023, you can reach Kruunuvuorenranta by ferry from Meritullintori with a HSL ticket.
The space
The loft is a single space with the exception of the bathroom. The apartment is vintage decorated.
Guest access
The entire home is occupied by the guest. Living room with open kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs.
Other things to note
Kruunuvuorenranta is still a new residential area under construction. The construction works in the area can't be avoided, but the apartment is well soundproofed. The apartment also has blinds on windows where you can conveniently hide the construction of the front of the house related to the construction of the crown lining bridge. The bridge is expected to be completed in 2025.
