The Space:
This 3 condo combo promotes an ecological, spiritual, and natural lifestyle coupled with modern amenities and comforts. You’ll enjoy eco-designed spaces blended with Tulum’s elements and natural textures. Nestled in the lush Mayan jungle, the grounds surrounding this property are just gorgeous. Meander the paths and find the pool with lounging areas and the two special cenotes, a very unique feature. There are tons of spaces to sprawl out, nap in a hammock, and generally enjoy the outdoors. The other fab amenities on-site are a modern fitness center, shaded yoga loft, relaxing lounge areas, picnic areas, and communal co-work space; you’ll hardly lack things to do!
Each unit features a soothing, nature-inspired open living space with comfortable seating that’s wonderful for quality downtime. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors you can open, extending the space. For more of a VIP experience, take the spiral stairs up to a private rooftop, where you can take a dip in the plunge pool, soak up some rays on the sun loungers, grill something on the BBQ, and have a meal while gazing out over the treetops.
Enjoy the convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning jolt and a blender for happy hour margaritas. The dining area features a beautiful natural wood table to enjoy a lovely meal at home, and it can serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. There’s also breakfast bar seating at the kitchen counter with stool seating for a quick snack or coffee. All 3 units have an ensuite washer and dryer.
Unit 1 has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate 6 guests.
Units 2 & 3 both have 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 3 bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests each.
All of the bedrooms have A/C, ceiling fans, and ample closet space to unpack and make yourself at home.
Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the condos. Plus, access to the shared complex amenities like the pool, lounging areas, 2 cenotes, a restaurant, co-working, picnic & barbecue area.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a beautiful new development just 5 km | 3 mi from the center of Tulum town and a 15-min drive down to the beach. The property is in an area surrounded by lush jungle, with lots of pathways to nooks and hidden gems for a unique connection with nature, including 2 natural cenotes, a restaurant, a co-working space, picnic & BBQ areas onsite.
When the beach has its Sargassum (seaweed) season, don't despair! The beach isn't the only attraction in Tulum. You can still find amazing things to do, like:
- A RIVER FLOAT at SIAN KA’AN BIOSPHERE, a nature preserve & UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- NOPALITOS LAGOON, this magical lagoon & nature sanctuary you can access for a small fee per person. You can bring your own food & drinks to have a picnic there. There's also a day club called “Neek Tulum" (there’s a cover charge).
- VESICA TULUM, a CENOTE DAY CLUB situated only an 8-min drive from the property.
Getting Around:
The property is about 120 km | 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private transportation options as well as rental car options at the airport. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
Tulum is experiencing high growth, so there's the potential to hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments as well as power outages due to a lack of infrastructure, both outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible.
For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a $25 USD weekly fixed electricity fee charged prior to check-in.
Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are security cameras facing outside areas of the complex only, and strictly there for the safety and security of our guests.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Pool hours: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm & cenote hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Housekeeping rules to keep in mind:
- Please hang towels up, do not leave them on the floor.
- Please throw the toilet paper in the trash basket and not in the toilet bowl to avoid plumbing problems.
- Turn off the fans and A/C when you leave the apartment. It only takes a few minutes to cool the environment again when you return. Close the doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
- Take out the trash to the deposits that are on the left side of the guardhouse by the main entrance.
Pet rules are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. An additional charge of $25 USD (per pet) applies; max 2 pets per reservation (dogs or cats only).
- The entry of pets that do not comply with all the rules (vaccination card, walker collar) is not allowed.
- It is forbidden to use any dishware of the property to feed your pet. The owner must carry the necessary feeders for this purpose.
- It is forbidden to bathe pets in the showers in the room or use towels.
- To avoid accidents, never release your pet while it is inside the development facilities. To maintain a clean and pleasant space, avoid letting your pet relieve himself in public areas. Pick up/clean up the waste of your pets.
- All damages caused by the pet in the Selva Norte facilities must be assumed by its owner.
- These rules apply from the moment the pet enters development.
Interaction with Guests:
These are self-check-in units using a Smart Lock and door code. You just need to stop at the reception desk first. Full instructions will be sent before your arrival.
