Welcome to our charming home located in University Heights.
Our house boasts 3 newly decorated bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, along with a dedicated office space that includes a versatile pull-out sofabed for added convenience.

Experience modern comforts with amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. We're also pet-friendly with prior approval, though additional fees may apply.

As you step into the house, you'll be greeted by the inviting warmth of the hardwooded and well-designed living room, instantly making you feel at home. Directly ahead, you'll find the kitchen complete with a dining area and a dedicated workspace.

Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover three bedrooms: two featuring queen-size beds and the kid's bedroom equipped with a trundle bed accommodating two. We ensure comfortable beds and pillows in each room. The main full bathroom offers soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Additionally, the closets are stocked with extra linens, towels, and blankets if needed.

En route to the basement, you'll encounter another half bathroom. The basement is furnished with a washer and dryer along with supplementary supplies in case anything is missing. Furthermore, the basement is outfitted with a game table offering 10 different games for your entertainment.
