Welcome to Balkans Serendipity Chalet, your cosy hideaway nestled in the footsteps of the forest.
Our cosy chalet boasts a garden complete with a pool, BBQ area (and a clay pizza oven!), and a comfy outdoor dining area — all with serene forest views. It's the perfect place for families with kids and pets to relax and play, as well as for couples and friends looking to unwind.
Entering the house, the first floor welcomes you to an outdoors lounge overlooking the garden and forest. Need a pick-me-up? Our tea and coffee room offers a selection of local herbs as well as coffee, along with a sound system for streaming your favourite tunes.
Head straight ahead to discover the main bathroom, equipped with a bathtub for taking showers, a toilet, as well as all the essentials you need. *We advise for being mindful with the water spent during showers as the area has become prone to droughts in the last years.
Adjacent to the tea/coffee room is our cosy dining area, complete with a cooking fire stove, perfect for baking delicious bread. The dining table seats 8 and is surrounded by a comfy corner bench—ideal for sharing meals and making memories.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, from a fridge and electric cooker to a sandwich maker and pots and pans.
Upstairs, you'll find a sunny corridor with a cosy reading nook and some board games.
There is also a small toilet.
On this floor there are a total of four rooms — a living room and three bedrooms (one of which leading to a spacious terrace). The bedrooms all come with double beds where you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep surrounded by forest views.
The living room is the perfect spot to unwind with a movie night, complete with a provided projector and a sofa that doubles as a comfy bed.
Just remember to keep the bedroom and kitchen doors shut to keep our friendly cat Juanito from exploring where he shouldn't!
Balkans Serendipity Chalet is ideally located for exploring the Gabrovo and Tryavna region, as well as nearby attractions like Bozhntsi and the Sokolski Monastery. And with Veliko Tarnovo and Kazanlak just a short drive away, there's no shortage of adventures to be had.
