Dess 3100 kvm ft lyxiga utrymme har stora trĂ€bjĂ€lkar och höga vĂ€lvda tak i hela, inklusive sovrum. Efter en rolig dag av skidĂ„kning, parkera i garaget och gĂ„ pĂ„ första vĂ„ningen som har följande: stort fullt utrustat kök med bar, vacker matsal med plats för 12, allrum med 46 tums platt-TV, stora barn sovrum med 2 fulla / tvĂ„ vĂ„ningssĂ€ngar, och 3/4 badrum med dusch. Frank is a very responsive and helpful host and the home is great. Very well taken care of, well stocked and convenient location. Community pool is just out the back door and is heated to perfect temp, kids had a blast. Great setting.

Family gathering and Retirement Party!

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children! We loved that each family had their own bedroom and bathroom! The community pool was right behind the property making it easy for everyone to enjoy the pool area. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful landscaping and trees!

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was Perfect for my golf group to come back and enjoy the pool. Comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Frank is a great host.

Family Retreat

This was a great place for a small family get together. There is plenty of room for the whole family. Each couple got their own room. Hot tub was great. They have everything there you will need to have a great home cooked meal with the family as well.

Spring break

We had a great stay at the property it was 10 min from skiing and everything else. It was a great size for the 6 of us. It easily could of fit a few more kids. I contacted the owner 1 time, and he was very responsive. If I had one complaint it was the rules of the HOA. We couldn't park in the driveway more than 2 hrs, had to park expedition in garage, and absolutely no noise outside after 10pm. Overall great time though and nice place to stay.

Great week in Park City. Wow!!

From reservation to check out our stay and communication with our host was excellent. We appreciated the option of 8-10 minute drives to parking at either Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons. Our party of 8 adults were very comfortable, additional can be accommodated by making full use of the bunk room. Should we revisit Park City we would look to stay again.

Excellent Family Home in Park City!

We had a wonderful stay at Frank's property, centrally located in the park city area. The house was extremely well appointed, with everything needed to cook meals and for our for our family (of varying ages) to be comfortable. All 4 bedrooms had their own ensuite bathroom, and it even had a Pack & Play crib for our 1.5 year old. Frank was a great host, who checked in to ensure we got in to the house ok. All in all, extremely comfortable for a group, and in a perfect location to enjoy all of the park city ski resorts and downtown park city. We look forward to coming back!

The townhouse was exactly as advertised with no surprises. It’s a very welcoming and spacious unit in a great location; close enough to town and far enough away to be out of the fray. We 100% enjoyed our stay and will book it again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Park City. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The home was comfortable, and provided everything we were looking for. The owner was very helpful and attentive. This home will definitely be at the top of our list when we visit Park City again!

This was a wonderful property in a great location. We enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful walking trails and the swimming pool nearby. The property owner was friendly and helpful.

Great house, lots of space!

We stayed at the house for our annual golf trip with 8 guys. It's tough to find lodging that can accommodate our crew, but Frank's place had more than enough space in the common areas to allow everyone to have privacy, be able to stretch out and relax. We were OK with using the bunk beds for some of the guys, but if you had couples and kids, it would be even more comfortable. The house is a 15 minute drive from pretty much everything in Park City. Would stay again!

Frank & Helen are Ob/Gyn physicians practicing in St. Louis. They have 2 kids: Grant - 21 years old, & Grace - 19 years old. Frank was born and raised in New Orleans. Helen was born in Taiwan and grew up in Houston. We love the Park City area, and would love to share our home with you.

I wanted to get a place we could share with friends and family. The trip from Salt Lake City Airport to Park City is beautiful and short (45 minutes).
