From our large deck enjoy the view of the lake. The large screened porch is perfect for relaxing and eating or for playing games! The yard is large and great for walking and enjoying nature! Enjoy your morning coffee on the swing near the dock where the kids can fish!
Toledo Town is only minutes away where bait and tackle are located! Grocery stores, restaurants, and even restaurants, and hardware stores are convenient! Everything you need is close by but our property is very private!

Great stay, good location.

Had a great stay. Place is on the water with convenient access to the lake. The home generator is a nice plus. The area lost power the last night and the generator ran keeping the lights on.

Perfect spot

Everything was great! The beds are very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We were able to park the boat at the dock all week. This is a really great place!

Property

The boat ramp is not useable. I needed a boat ramp this was the only reason I rented this place. Luckily the guy next door allowed me to use his.

Nice and Quiet Great Community

We had an absolute wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer. Everything was very organized and clean. Very tasteful floor plan and layout that my wife absolutely loved. We did lots of fishing, smores by the fire, and had a fish fry one night on the screened in porch. Neighbor was older and extremely friendly. Only set backs we had were how congested the property was with maneuvering a larger bass boat.(manageable still) There was not a good location for charging the boat near the water without about 150' of cord and due to the low water conditions, the ramp was inaccessible. However these were all very minor inconveniences and the neighbor again was nice enough to allow us the use of his ramp. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

We are from Eunice, La. Toledo Bend has been a family destination all of my life. So why not share the comforts of our cottage with others who also want to enjoy the lake.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We chose this property because of the quiet and friendly neighborhood here. The property has beautiful trees and shrubs that don’t exist on many other properties. The large deck is our favorite hangout before and after our day on the lake.
