Completely Renovated on 4 acres/Beautiful Nature Views
This house, built in 2000, was completely gutted and renovated in 2023. Everything--everything!--is brand new and beautiful! The house sits on 4 acres of land, surrounded by woods and wetlands. Though just off Rt 6, it is quiet and tranquil, with no other homes or traffic in sight. We fell in love with it the minute we saw it!
Everythingâliterally everythingâis new as of 2023. Mahogany deck, teak floors, granite kitchen countertops, high quality appliances. A beautiful kitchen to cook in and remain within talking distance to your friends and family. The house faces acres of wetlands, so whatever room you are in, upstairs or down, you are looking at an unobstructed view of nature. Keep an eye out for red tailed hawks and herons.
The house is less than Âœ mile to the bike path and 2.7 miles to Marconi Beach. We are only 1 mile from the MA Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and its miles of beautiful hiking trails. It is less than 2 miles to P.B.Boulengerieâthe best French bakery on the Cape. A 5 mile drive brings you to Wellfleet Center.
The house has 3 good size bedrooms (one King size bed; one room that can be set up as either 2 twins or 1 King, and 1 room with a Queen size bed), one being a master suite with its own bathroom. Laundry is conveniently located upstairs, by the bedrooms. The first floor has a mudroom, small office, large open area that includes a state of the art kitchen, dining area and living room. Just off the kitchen is a deck with views to the woods and wetlands. The finished basement offers extra space for watching TV, playing games, etc. plus an additional sleeping space.
