Welcome to 1729 Fiddlers Cove! This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath town-home with modern upgrades is nestled in a serene coastal setting with dock access, community pool, and breathtaking views of the marsh, Horseshoe Creek and Bohicket River.

Entering the home, you'll discover modern decor with a coastal southern flair, hardwood floors and tons of natural light. The open floor-plan of the main living space and kitchen provides an ideal spot for entertaining. The fully-equipped renovated kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space and cabinet storage. Perhaps the most special spot is the screened porch, located just off the living room. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the scenic views and island breezes or evening dinners with family and friends at the outdoor dining table.

There is one bedroom on the first level of the home which features a queen bed and a semi-private bath (sharing door access with the hallway). Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom as well as a third bedroom, which is the primary suite. This room has a king bed, a private top-floor porch, and a private bathroom with large closet, expansive shower and heated tile floors.

For those looking to get outside, there is a nearby neighborhood pool and the community dock offers easy access to fishing, kayaking, and crabbing adventures. The home is within walking distance to the Equestrian Center and the fitness center, library and indoor heated pool at the island Lake House. You may also enjoy the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club as this property has access to the oceanfront pools, restaurants, golf, and tennis (daily or weekly fees will apply). And best of all, the beautiful sandy beaches are just a few miles away. With a golf cart available for rent, exploring the island's natural beauty and amenities is a breeze.

Want to explore a bit more? Take a bike ride over to Bohicket Marina to enjoy a waterfront seafood dinner or to Freshfields Village for some incredible local shopping. Additionally, downtown historic Charleston is just a 40 minute drive away!

The owner does allow renters to bring one well-behaved dog (with fee), and most of Seabrook Island beaches are pet-friendly (with leash) so your furry friend can join in on the vacation fun.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

We enjoyed our quick trip to Seabrook Island. The place was amazing and the views of the GOLDEN HOUR was beautiful!!! Love the fact that it was dog friendly!!!
