Hip and newly remodeled with all the cool and modern amenities! Not only are you one mile from LeConte Center, Cal Ripken Baseball Parks, The Island but also the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action!

You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam queen mattress platform queen bed.

We do not have an on-site office.
Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.
Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/ trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen.
Please prepare should you have extended stays.
Absolutely no 3rd party bookings. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Bathroom is elevated. Please see photos. Be prepared to step up into the bathroom. The shower has an overhead rain shower and is one step down. The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. Please no smoking inside studio.

Sweet place to stay, good location

Sweet place to stay for a couples retreat. Location for Dollywood and Forest is excellent. Clean and quiet.

Peaceful getaway!

This place was perfect for our needs. Private and peaceful location. I would agree with other reviews, there is a smell, but not bad. And the step up to the bathroom was unusual. But I would stay here again!

Looked bigger in the picture. We're 70. The step up into the bathroom and in and out of the shower was dangerous, slippery, without grab bars but I guess I should have mentioned our age when we booked. We would not stay here again.

Quiet and convenient

I really enjoyed my stay here and it was well suited to my needs. I came to hike so having a quiet clean space where I can do some basic meal prep, sleep and shower is what is most important to me. The room is located on a road that runs parallel to the parkway so it’s very convenient to the attractions especially Teaster Lane. The pictures are accurate to what the room looks like. The basic layout is when you first walk in the bed is to the left and to the right is a dresser, electric fireplace, and tv. After the dresser is the breakfast bar with two stools and the back wall has the kitchenette area. The left corner is the bathroom and a small closet you could hang a couple items. The room does have a microwave, small coffee pot, silverware and 2 each: plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. This is definitely a room for 1-2 people. I didn’t notice the smell of the landfill often and when I did it was outside and faint. There are also some very cute and friendly community cats I enjoyed sitting outside with. I would definitely stay here again!

Sterling on the Ridge

The property was in the perfect quiet location but still close to everything. It had everything we needed and was super cozy and very clean!! I would highly recommend!
