My sister and I are Utica natives. We are warm and hospitable by nature. Our family has owned several small businesses over the years. We embrace and cherish and appreciate our multi-cultural heritage of the City of Utica.
We enjoy the sporting events, concerts and best of all the variety of family-owned restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, coffee shops and outdoor activities in our own back yard. We love to travel, play golf, tennis, volley ball, roller skating, basketball and love our local hockey team "The Utica Comets".
We enjoy the cultural shows and events hosted by The Stanley Theater and The Munson Museum. The world renowned "Boiler Maker Race" takes place minutes from where we live.
We like being host because because our parents were the epitome of being warm and hospitable people. We enjoy meeting and learning from people all backgrounds. As a New York State licensed Realtor, we have been hosting this property for over 14 years via a different platform. We have hosted a movie director of Croatian heritage who came to Utica to direct a movie for two month; a doctor, who was an Anesthesiologist of Swedish heritage; Law Clerk who came from Buffalo, New York to intern for a City of Utica Judge; an Engineer from India who was new to the area for employment and stayed for two years. During his stay we had the opportunity to host his parents when they would travel from India to visit their son, who were physicians. We had the opportunity experience their cuisine and cultural. We hosted Colgate University students of Asian heritage for the summer break. These are a few examples of the benefits of the joy we receive from hosting.

Every room is spacious but very cozy. This is a two story apartment with an ensuite. The living room, dining room and ensuite have air filters. Looks better than the pictures, which are professional.
The beds are so comfortable and we only use cotton 300 plus count sheets and extra blankets for a good nightâs sleep. Central heat and air to keep you comfortable. Two luggage racks per bedroom.
I love to cook. I personally equipped the kitchen with stainless steel and nonstick pots and pans with lids. Every cooking utensil you need to make the best dinners. Like a garlic press, oil and vinegar bottles, cheese grader, several cutting boards, toaster oven, blender, mixing bowls, wooden spoons, sharp knives, boil egg maker, cereal maker, popcorn maker, electric frying pan, wok, baking pans, wine glasses, plenty of coffee cups, dishes, ice trays, taco holders, leftover containers and glasses. Variety of glasses in the china closet for mix drinks and bar accessories and an electric wine opener.
Convenient stackable washer and dryer area that includes laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, laundry basket and even starch.
The coffee bars have Keurig coffee makers, drip coffee maker, french press, electric tea kettles with diffuser, coffee grinder, selection of flavored syrups, assortment of coffee and tea. Nutmeg and cinnamon, as well as hot chocolate and marshmallows.
Bluetooth speakers in the bedrooms, dining room, and bathrooms.
Amazing lighting in the hallways and front and backlit mirrors. Under the bed lighting including lighted toilets. LED lighting in the bathrooms. Enjoy the tiled and pebble floor waterfall shower in the ensuite in a spacious bathroom with sit down area to put on your makeup and black wash cloths to remove your make up.
If you have to work while vacationing, there is a work station in the living room, dining room and ensuite. The hi speed wireless and Ethernet internet and wireless printer to get the job done.
