NEWLY built condo in Jan 2024. Breathtaking ocean view. Unit #1 Ocean View Suite is located on a hilltop gated complex called Calabash Condos Marisule Ridge.
The property is just a short 1-minute walk to a bus stop, 4-minute walk to a supermarket and a 5-minute walk to a small quiet beach. A short 6-minute drive is Rodney Bay where there are plenty of restaurants, 2 malls, medical clinics, fitness centers, churches, banks, night clubs, a casino, and more supermarkets just to name a few. Reduit Beach is in the Rodney Bay area. This is a beautiful, popular, 3-kilometre, white sand beach. Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and enjoy beach restaurants, bars, and watersports.
The property has a secured automated electronic entry, perimeter walls and in-home security system. There is a communal plunge pool (14’ x 14’) with a 5-foot-deep end with deck chairs and a shared gazebo on the property. There is also one parking spot.
