Historical early 20th century boarding house converted into spacious studio apartments. Original wood floors and tall ceilings throughout. Enjoy the evening as you open the french doors and step onto the Veranda.
You can find it all here, with a variety of eclectic shops, art galleries and great restaurants in the Delano area! Easy access to Botanica, Wichita Art Museum, Exploration Place, Downtown Wichita and new Baseball Stadium.

Welcome to where comfort and convenience meets in this beautiful centrally located Delano home.
This spacious and well-appointed home boasts a unique, open floor plan with plenty of natural light pouring in from the large windows. The living area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Wichita. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
The home has one cozy bedroom with a comfortable king bed and large closet for your belongings. The bathroom includes a shower/bath, ample storage and all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.
You'll love the location of this space, which is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown Wichita. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops in the area, as well as parks and other outdoor recreational activities.
