Great host great location

Every morning my wife and I enjoyed having our coffee with the beautiful ocean view. Location was a short walk to the beach and had a trolley stop right out front. Mary was very flexible and accommodating! Hope to return soon.

Short getaway

The property was exactly as it looked - beautiful! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pools were great and not crowded at all! The location is ideal for going into Sarasota or Siesta Key Village. Mary the owner was excellent to work with and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We cannot wait to rent it again!

Fantastic Spot

We sure enjoyed Mary's beautiful condo. Great location. We enjoyed both the Gulf and the Bay. It was fun watching the parade of boaters go by on the Bay while enjoying a beverage. And how can you beat Siesta Key Beach! Never used the pool but it's super nice. The condo is so well stocked. Everything you need for meal prep, which we did only in the morning. Lots of people used the grills...we didn't do that but wished we would have had an evening for that. The furnishings were so nice. Bed was comfy. Lots of towels for beach or shower. All you need. Thank you Mary. Loved the whole experience.

Wonderful Stay!

As newlyweds, the husband and I definitely hit jackpot-even felt like a wedding gift, staying here as it was walking distance to the beach and the view was amazing! It was especially perfect during July 4th as we felt like we had private fireworks show right at our balcony! On top of that, Ms. Neely was such a great host, checking in on us as much as she could, making sure we had everything we need. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF US! Wonderful Siesta Property

This was a beautiful property in an ideal location mid-key. We really enjoyed the view from the 6th floor which looks toward the gulf. This complex has great views and relaxation area on the canal side. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Even saw dolphins and a manatee up close. Mary was a very helpful and gracious host.

Relaxing

Very private property located at end of cul-de-sac street. Is residential and quiet! Great Dolphin watching from the shade of a tree while relaxing in comfortable chairs. All the basics are provided, towels, linens, tp, paper towels, a large variety of cooking utensils and dishes, many extra blankets and pillows if needed. A very nice rental! J & M - St Cloud, MN

Perfect stay

This home is beautifully situated. So relaxing having coffee on the patio watching for dolphins (I was obsessed and saw them daily), pelicans, fish, birds. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had all kitchenware to make Christmas dinner. The owner was very responsive when an issue arose with lock. Resolved quickly. Highly recommend this property.

Best nine days!!!

My husband and I loved staying at this home. The views were spectacular (even during stormy skies of Nestor). The owners were gracious enough to let us put our vehicle in the garage the night of Nestor. That was greatly appreciated. The home was well stocked in all areas. The swing out back was my favorite spot. We slept like babies in the master bedroom. Liked the mattress so much, we looked at the label and tried to find one. No such luck. Many of the reviews stated you drive through a "rough area" on the way to the property. We did not experience any "rough areas" at all. We went antiquing almost every day. So many great areas are so close. It was a great stay! Would recommend it highly!

Annual First Friday Guys Fishing Trip

The house was well appointed and exceeded our expectations. It was direct bay-front with view of both downtown's. Owners were always available for any of our needs and we would definitely stay here again. If planning to utilize the water via boat this is a great location. You can also schedule to have a guide pick you up right at your dock. Downtown is also just a short 8 min Uber ride as well. This property became the centerpiece of our trip, good to know we have found our forever waterfront rental when returning to St Pete.

Awesome place

So we stayed here a Saturday to Saturday and let me tell you, it was absolutely beautiful! This home is well cared for and I can’t say enough about how beautiful it is. So we did a lot of sitting next to the pool and looking at dolphins to come up from the water, they were absolutely an experience I will always remember. The home again was very comfortable and i will stay here again next visit. If you want a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, this is the place!

we love water front houses. bought the house in Jan 2020 in expectation of my retirement. I love the community and friendly neighbors and the beach and all activities. But due to the COVID situation, I will push out my retirement plan by 3 to 4 years. Will rent it out for the same time period. We love entertain and enjoy having friends from all over the country.

You can take a run on the most famous siesta key beach every morning or rest at home for some quiet time. This the the top tourist location and always so beautiful all year round. We take care of you as our guest.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

If you are a fisherman or you want a rental boat to entertain, you can get a boat and park right under the condo in siesta harbor or harbor tower. You can go fishing on the dock on siesta harbor and in harbor tower. Only a few locations in the key can have that privilege. That is my favorite thing to do. I am sure you will enjoy no matter you are a beach goer or a fisherman, you will have the best of both world.
