Great place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a little dated, but everything was clean, cold A/C, hot water. Sitting on the deck in the evening while my son fished was amazing.

Nice for 2-4 people

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is nice for a couple or up to 4 people. The light fixture over the dining table needs brighter bulbs and one bulb was actually broken off inside the socket. The few dishes/utensils were also dirty, so had to be cleaned before using. There were roach droppings everywhere inside the cabinets; it wasn't like this last year, so needs an extermination done. It also needs kitchen hand towels & heat pads and more bath/hand towels for the bathroom; had to use bath hand towels for the kitchen. The outdoor bbq pit also still had ashes from whomever used it last. The fish light and cleaning table are great, except for needing some work on the leaking water hose end. This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here and will probably stay again, so it is nice enough.

I’ve rented it multiple times when it’s just me and a buddy and last trip was a father & son adventure. It’s small, but has everything one may need, nice boat slip, cleaning table & charcoal grill
