We really enjoyed staying at the Cliffs! The property is beautiful and we were welcomed with wine, local coffee, and s’mores! What a pleasant surprise!

Comfortable and spacious. The kitchen and pantry were great. Relaxing environment with an amazing view. Hot tub was a nice bonus for the kids. Good access to Bryce Canyon.

You have a gorgeous home and thank you for sharing it with us. It was a perfect middle Utah area for the house we got to explore 3 of the 5 National Parks The house was very comfortable and we loved the little extras you provided to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely choose The Cliffs when we return to southern Utah.

Good location to be near national parks but outside the chaos. Plan ahead for meals because there isn’t much in Hatch. We loved it.

This is a nice, spacious home that was a great place for our week long family stay. We had a minor challenge with the hot tub chemicals upon check in, resolved quickly with communication with the owners. Some bathroom supplies not filled, a couple of areas where the cleaning could be improved in the bedrooms but overall a very lovely place to be with great views. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit, and we watched deer in the backyard with peaceful scenery out back.

Fun spring break trip

We stayed at The Cliffs for a few nights during spring break and it was great! House is beautiful with gorgeous views! Location is perfect for exploring both Zion and Bryce. We also did Willis Creek and Kodachrome State Park which were less crowded and just as amazing! Kids lived the hot tub after the long days exploring. Would 100% recommend this house and hope to make it back soon!

Great house with a marvelous view and a superb host

The host is very organized and makes sure that I have all of the info I needed a few days before. And her communication is great and responds quickly to any of my questions.The property is beautiful and has a great view. It definitely exceeded by expectations. We hope to visit again.

Took a weekend trip to Southern Utah. Found this little gem. A modern, comfortable, clean home that is centrally located between Bryce Canyon and Slot Canyon. Perfect place to stay when visiting both places in a few days. The Host was great and accommodating. Highly recommended! We went in the off season so there weren’t many good places to eat in Hatch but the Bryce Canyon Pines Restaurant (25min away) was awesome!

FABULOUS!!! Everything was very well thought out & the accommodations were very well appointed...comfortable, clean, delightful. Wide range oof expectations & all of them were met. Hosts were extremely helpful with all requests & great recommendations. Wonderful experience.

Host was so nice and made everything from check in to check out perfect. Property was so clean. Bathrooms bedsheets kitchen was first class. Hot tub was amazing. Views were incredible. So nice to have a garage to park a car in!! Can’t say enough about this place!! Nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Plenty of bathrooms so much open space in the house!! Hope we can stay again next year!

Beautiful home well designed. Host very accommodating, I could tell cared about our stay. View from back was so relaxing and peaceful. Great location just outside Bryce & local places like grocery store and restaurants. Nice washer/dryer, kitchen with a beautiful view and great separation for the kids upstairs. Loved our stay!
