High Mountain Cabin, spektakulär utsikt, minuter från Park City + Bunk House

Fastigheten inkluderar 2 stugor. De 4 000 kvm Main Cabin byggdes 2007 och den ligger på 8 000 fotnivå i Wasatch-bergen nära Park City, Utah. 220 "täckt däckplast runt hela stugan med fantastisk utsikt. Däck har sittplatser och bord för cirka 40 personer. Vi har två 5 brännare BBQ-enheter på däck. Huvudstugan har 6 sovrum och 3 badrum. Huvudstugan sover 22 i sängar.

På fastigheten finns också en våningshus på 900 kvadratfot och som kan användas under det varmare halvan av året (1 maj - 1 oktober). Våningshuset sover 12 med 2 drottningssängar på loftet och 4 par våningssängar på bottenvåningen. Den 3 sovrum Bunk House har ett halvt badrum. The Bunk House är utrustad med en stor TV med ett XBox-spelsystem. The Bunk House ligger bara 50 fot från huvudstugan. Bunk House kan inte hyras av sig själv till ett annat parti.

Huvudstugan är tre nivåer som inkluderar ett spelområde, datorskrivbord och 3 sovrum på övre plan, ett gemensamt område på bottenvåningen med en 70 "Ultra HD-TV, ett rymligt sovrum med en 45" TV, matplats och kök. Den lägre nivån har en projektionsbiograf (12 'skärm), snackbar, airhockey och 3 sovrum. Var och en av de tre nivåerna har ett stort badrum. Hot tub är utanför den lägre nivån. En lekplats ligger i närheten av badtunnan tillsammans med ett automatiskt poängbollspel. En "älg kasta" beanbag spelet är på bottenvåningen däck.

En fullstor sandvolleybollplan ligger inbäddad i kvakarna under våningssängen.

Vi har en tether ballbana bredvid våningssalen.

Lovely location

This cabin was perfect for our family, lots of ages of children and five different families. Lots to do and the surrounding area was beautiful. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get into Park City, but we also went the other way and did the backroads through Oakley, Peoa, Kamas and it was a lot of fun!

Great for our Family Reunion

This place came highly recommended from friends and it did not disappoint. We stayed here for our family reunion and we loved it! There are so many things for the kids to do on the property and the proximity to Jordanelle and Park City was super convenient. We saw moose, deer, and elk every morning and night as they wandered through the meadow. There was plenty of seating on the large wrap around porch during meals. Thanks for a great stay!

Once in a lifetime family vacation

Our family wanted a once in a lifetime trip and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful property, every possible accommodation provided, down to the snow sleds! Host was very responsive and it is very obvious they put love and care into their home. Thank you for a very white, very Merry Christmas!

Birthday Weekend with friends

The cabin was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Please make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle if traveling in the winter and snow. Marty was amazing. One of my guests left her wedding ring and Marty found it and mailed it to us. Tanner was responsive to all requests. Would definitely recommend

Great cabin

Lovely mountain retreat!

This cabin (cabins!!!) was perfect for our group of 24 with plenty of room to spare. The bunk house was perfect for the kids to sleep in, and the wrap around porch and gorgeous weather made our days so relaxing. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

Great family cabin!

The host really made this a place for large families. So many activities on the property, comfortable beds and tons of kitchen supplies. I think this is the best stocked home I have ever stayed in. Would 100% recommend. And we saw wildlife every night! We saw elk, deer, porcupines and more.

It is a nice place. We were all pretty comfortable. It doesn't sleep as many as we we thinking in beds. There are couches to sleep on.

Loved this place!

We had a great time with beds for everyone, plenty of what you need in the kitchen and great views. We saw elk and a moose strolled by our last day. Watching the beaver build their home was so fun at Bobcat Springs.

Perfect for our group of 20

20 guys on a golf trip. Everyone was comfortable and loved the views from the house. Only complaint is no bathroom in the bunk house, other than that, it was perfect!

Amazing mountain getaway

We loved our stay at the cabin. We had 30 people of all ages for a family reunion. Everything is so beautiful and the hosts were very thoughtful to provide everything we needed. We are so thankful to have this time with our family and would recommend this cabin for sure!

Amazing for Families!

We LOVED this property. It was the perfect place for our family reunion. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. Great Cabin with Beautiful Surroundings

Our family had a wonderful stay in this cabin! There was plenty of room for the 24 of us to sleep comfortably. The wildflowers surrounding the cabin were beautiful, and we loved seeing the wildlife and the bright stars at night. The kitchen was well stocked to cook for a large group. Would recommend for a family reunion or other large gathering.

Amazing park city cabin

This cabin has everything you need plus more. The whole family had so much fun. We had all the accommodations we needed, we felt right at home. The host was such a great communicator and a fast responder to all of my messages. We plan to make this a yearly trip and we would definitely stay here again! Silver Creat cabin was amazing :)

Ski trip

We had great time staying here, great location with nice view and a lot of snow, easy access to ski resort however you have to have a 4x4 car preferably with snow tires if visiting in winter, Tanner was great communicating and he even sent his handyman to clear the driveway when it snowed, highly recommend this property, would stay here again when we’re in town.

Great reunion location

Terrific house. Everything well marked. Beds very comfortable. Only one bathroom per floor but the bathrooms were large and we had no issues lots to do in the property. Kids and adults loved fishing in the barely stocked pond. Hiking options. Games galore in the house. Terrific place. Clean. Kitchen easy to cook in. Seating inside or all around the outside on a wrap around porch. Beautiful vistas. We loved it!!

FABULOUS Family Get Together

Everyone attending had the best of times. Some are Utahn's...However, many are from several other states. Every family member (34) were in attendance. A rarity!! I can't express just how wonderful every aspect of your home was. Cleanliness, Atmosphere, inside and out, comfortable and enjoyable. A resolve by all to do it again and again. Thank you I hope you found everything acceptable on our part. Again grateful for a fabulous place to spend my 80th birthday!!!

Very nice house needing a few updates

We enjoyed staying at this property however, it was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. We enjoyed the area and the house is decorated cute with the cabin feel. Some wear and tear is apparent but overall a very nice place to stay and close to places of interest. Did not hear back from manager after emailing regarding some fixes that were needed.

Hi, we are Jim and Linda Silver. We have lived in Utah all our lives. We looked for a cabin we could buy to accommodate our large family (5 married children and 18 grandchildren). We wanted some place our family could gather and not be crowded. We fell in love with this property and spent several months making improvements and modifications to make this property the perfect getaway for our family. We enjoy spending time here weather it is the whole family or just a quiet getaway for the two of us.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We like to be in the mountains. Even though it is a mountain setting it is still an easy drive from our home in Salt Lake City. If you want to shop and enjoy a meal Park City is only 15 min. away. It is also close to boating and fishing. Since purchasing the cabin we have discovered that one of our favorite things is the spacious covered wrap around deck.
The little ones can spend hours circling around on their scooters and toys or playing in the sand box on the deck. Our family has a great time whenever we are here.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In the summer it is not unusual to see deer, moose, or elk as you are sitting in the hot tub on the lower patio. In the winter the hot tub is also a great after a long day of skiing.
