The Shell Room: Offers a luxurious escape featuring a large king-size bed and a cozy bench for relaxation. It includes two practical nightstands for convenience. The room provides plenty of closet space with hangers and luggage rack for extra convenience.



The Coral Room: The cozy bedroom is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. It features a comfortable full-size bed and is adorned with two functional nightstands for your convenience. The room also offers a large closet with hangers and luggage rack to keep your belongings organized. To ensure comfort, a ceiling fan provides a gentle breeze throughout the space.



The Palm Room: This charming bedroom features a king-sized bed, a full-length mirror, and ample closet space complete with hangers. Additional amenities include a luggage rack, room-darkening curtains, and a thrifted rocking chair.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.



No loud music or parties are allowed due to the neighborhood curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low. Remember, while you may be on vacation, your next-door neighbor might have work the following day. ✨



Getting Around:

- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.

- Three designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.

- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant free public parking.

- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.



Other Things to Note:

- TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays.



- You don't have to stress about packing or renting beach gear! We provide beach towels, six chairs, a large cooler, a beach wagon, and an umbrella. Additionally, beach toys are available for the little ones to have fun!



- There are outlet covers, a pack-and-play, and a highchair for travelers with young children. If you need any additional baby gear, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- The washing machine and dryer are in the garage, discreetly tucked away. Rest assured that your laundry detergent needs are being taken care of.



- Swimming and pool usage carry inherent risks, and by using the pool, you waive any liability. Following the pool rules outlined in our "Welcome" binder ensures the safety of everyone. Children must always be supervised when outside.
