Enjoy your Texas Hill Country Drive to this recently built modern ranch house. Upon your arrival you will notice the quiet solitude away from traffic noise. Native birds and wildlife are abundant and thrive in the tranquility of this lovely 2 story home which has a shaded patio downstairs and 2 upstairs viewing decks. Inside the home you will enjoy the cozy ranch theme furnishings and decor. The open concept floor plan allows you to prepare meals in the kitchen or dine at the table while interacting with others in your living area and covered patio. A spacious bathroon with a shower is also downstairs along with a bedroom/king bed with an adjustable height mattress.

Upstairs is a 2nd living/loft area including kitchenette, electric fireplace, TV, leather sofa, powder bath and queen Murphy Bed. The east facing deck provides a fantastic viewing area for native wildlife. Down the hall is another large king bedroom with TV, electric fireplace, and adjoining full bathroom. The full bathroom includes a wet room with luxury soaking tub and a spacious shower area. The patio doors open to a west-facing deck providing fantastic panoramic views.

Place didn’t Disappoint!

The listing said it had a view and they weren’t kidding. Wow! Excellent place, great location and the owners did everything to make us comfortable. If you are looking for a hill country spot close to wineries, look no further. This spot was super clean and it had everything we were looking for. We will be back.

Majestic Perfection

Lovely, comfortable, peaceful, with an amazing view. The hostess thinks of everything and is incredibly generous. Amenities and decor are quality and understated. The owner/ hosts must be professional designers. Keeping my fingers crossed that this perfect home is still available when we can find time to return in the future. Regards, MarshaJane

Anniversary mini vaca

Myself, husband, daughter and son-in-law took a mini vaca to Fredericksburg. Judy is an exceptional host. Very attentive, friendly, and detailed to every need. We were all impressed with the property and all the little extras and updates. Tons of deer everywhere, hummingbirds and other wildlife. Far enough away from town to experience the quietness, but close enough drive to town (approx 20 min) We plan on going back again, hopefully soon. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful retreat

Everything was amazing on our stay. Great views from the patio and balconies. The interior was spotless, beds comfortable and lots of areas to spread out and relax or watch TV. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and made our stay extra special.
