- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

- If you're looking for more space, consider booking our main house, Kobza Haus, which is on the same property as The Cottage. Sleeping up to 6 people, this property is perfect for a girl's getaway or a family gathering. You really can't beat our location!

- When the antique show is not going on, (October & March) not all restaurants and shops are open Sunday-Wednesday! Please note this when booking if you are coming for shopping!

You'll have access to the entire cottage, front and back yard spaces. When both spaces are rented, we ask that you kindly give each other privacy and respect.

Parking is located right in front of the cottage and can fit up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available on the street if needed.
