Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. The 2nd-floor has an expansive loft bedroom (King bed) with its own ensuite full-bathroom. There's also a dedicated workspace for those looking to work while traveling. This room is perfect for those looking for added privacy.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Lago Vista is designed for those looking to enjoy the outdoors, and has an exceptionally private covered back patio on the main level, overlooking peaceful alpine forest and Lake Cascade; it's the perfect place to start your day with coffee and the sounds of nature, or you have a cookout on the gas BBQ grill. A soak in your private hot tub is the ideal way to après or unwind after a day on the mountain. A trip to the mountains wouldn't be complete without games of cornhole and s'mores around the campfire, which is easy with your own built-in firepit!

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
