Birthday getaway

Wow! What an amazing vacation find for us and our pups! This property has all you need to enjoy your stay! The location is perfect and super close to dining/shopping, the beach, and walking trails (that is, If you can bring yourself to leave). We had fun just swimming in the pool, relaxing on the sun porch, listening to the backyard birds, and having game nights with the variety of board games that were available at the house. We’ll definitely be looking to book this property for our next vacation to the area!

Great trip!

We had the most wonderful time at this vacation home. We felt like we were in our own private and secluded neighborhood, but were walking/biking distance to everything we needed! We felt safe having kids play out front and ride bikes. We brought bikes for the kids to ride to the beach each day and it was so fun for them (and easy for us)! The pool was a great added bonus for mornings and evenings before and after the beach. Many of us walked and biked in to town most days, but it was nice to have the parking pass when needed. The house is VERY clean and exactly as posted. The comfort of the porch was an unexpected bonus. We spent very little time inside, because of the porch! We highly recommend this home for families looking for the excitement of Rehoboth/Dewey, but wanting the comforts of home. During summer hours the school in the neighborhood was full of kids playing and our kiddos had a blast there, too! A great trip for all!

A little Paradise

Great little home, with the pool being the most fabulous of everything.We all had a great time, very hot, but the pool was so refreshing. We did not leave the house much with the little ones, so we played games, hung out by the pool and cooked. Mosquitoes were no joke, which forced us inside in the evening, and the back porch was not air-conditioned, but all in all we had a wonderful time!

Fun Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay over the Memorial Day weekend. House had everything we needed (kitchen, bedding, etc). Great game room in the basement in case of a rainy day. Easy bike ride to the beach over Turtle Bridge. If you like pickleball you cannot beat the location. Finally, excellent backyard. Unfortunately, little too cool for using the pool.

Family Weekend

Our family had a great weekend! We celebrated Thanksgiving on Saturday and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our delicious dinner! This made things so much easier!! Great location as well and we had nice walks downtown! Thank you so much!

August 2023 Family Vacation

We had a fantastic family vacation and also brought our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and within a short distance to the beach and restaurants etc. Pool and screened in porch were perfect. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely would come back.

Charming beach home!

This property was perfect for our group of 5. Plenty of room and amenities. We particularly loved the sun room and backyard, even though the weather was a bit cold we still got use of the pool too. We will definitely be back.

Nice Quick Spring Break Getaway

This is a great property for a family - especially if you have a dog that you don't want to leave at home. It's roomy and could easily accommodate a big group. You are about 3/4 mile walk from the beach and close to Route 1. We stayed off-season, so we were not able to use the pool, but I imagine during season it is a really nice amenity to have.

This is a great location in a quieter neighborhood thats a convenient short drive to both Rehobeth and Dewey attractions. It was a perfect getaway and a great option for families traveling with pets!

Charming cottage with nice private pool

Was overall very pleased with our stay. Rebecca was very easy to work with and responsive to our needs. The house was clean and very functional, with a nice kitchen and large bedrooms. The neighbors, particularly Tom and Sturgess next door, were very welcoming and friendly. My one criticism would be the size of the toilet seats, which worked well enough for my husband and I, but might be a challenge for larger people. That one minor concern aside, Rebecca’s home is otherwise very nice and comfortable.

Relaxing Hide Away

This house was amazing, it was tucked into a quite enclave that was walking/biking distance to the beach/boardwalk. The house was fully equipped and we wanted for nothing. The enclosed porch was a favorite gathering place. The kitchen was big and I especially like that there were empty cabinets to store the food that we brought. Hanging by the pool was fun. I would definitely stay here again. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and her response time was above average. Thank you for a lovely, memory filled holiday!

Quiet house with private pool and comfortable shade

Although the house is 0.7 mile walk from the beach it was perfect....the walk is beautiful and we enjoyed it. When we wanted to drive to the beach (due to having a baby with us) we were easily able to find close parking. The house comes with a parking pass which was convenient. We all enjoyed the pool and the very comfortable screened in back porch. The house is also close to the bike path that we rode each day. Rebecca is very responsive to questions. Great vacation!

Great house and pool!

We had a terrific week in this house, the pool was awesome! Really it’s the star of the home. The back porch was perfect the first two nights before the weather got too hot and sticky, but fans at the property helped. The game cave was perfect for the kids; we used the two futons and an air mattress for kid 3 and that worked out great. The house is very well stocked and Rebecca was so easy to communicate with, so responsive. We appreciated using an umbrella and some extra beach chairs. The living space and kitchen dining areas are good sized, we were very comfortable and hope to stay here again next year. My best free spent a few nights with us with her little chihuahua which was also very nice. Loved the location, my girl and her cousins loved walking to the playground and also the school playground and we used the parking pass for “poodle” beach. All around a great vacation!

Pool and Beach Combo was Great!

Peaceful neighborhood. House was spacious. Sunroom got lots of use. Dogs enjoyed pool area/backyard. Short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping in Rehoboth. On lazy days, you could stay poolside. Great property if you are looking for a mix of beachtown and quiet getaway.

Wonderful Vacation week!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was situated in a great neighborhood and easy access to beach and shopping. The private pool and backyard area were a great place to hangout with the kids and dogs. We enjoyed taking walks across the turtle bridge into the beach area or driving a short way and parking to go out to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with most cooking supplies however for someone who likes to cook there aren’t many spices but we just bought our own. Coffee in the morning in the sun room was a daily favorite. All in all our family couldn’t have been a happier with this property!! We will be back!!
