Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a private kitchen and living space. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Our property also features a shared hang out area, which includes a pool table and fireplace. In addition, Penn Highlands Hospital is located just 1.2 miles away from our property, making it an ideal location for travel nurses and other working professionals.

This apartment operates on a shared boiler system with a shared thermostat. To ensure your comfort, we provide space heaters for additional warmth as needed. In the summer, window AC units are available to keep the space cool.

Family Thanksgiving

My husband and our two sons came up to visit my older children, they live in nearby towns. Wanted a comfortable place we could stay that wasn’t cramped like a hotel. The place was very nice and clean, we really enjoyed our stay, very much caught up in the historical structure of the building. it has some very uniqueness, my husband being a carpenter by trade was very impressed!!! The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been the weather, no one can control that, would love to come back in the spring time!!!

DuBois Stay

Everything was neat, clean and well appointed. We had a couple little issues that were quickly taken care of though. The automatic code for entrance didn’t work, so we were delayed in getting into the apartment. The other was that the heat was shared by all tenants and we had no heat most mornings (which was cold for us).. Again the owner rectified it as she was able. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely apartment

My sister and I enjoyed the spotless and comfortable apartment. We plan on coming again. Love the numbered parking and easy to use combination key system

Clean and comfortable

Apt is very spacious and although an older building, it has everything you need in the kitchen and bath is nicely remodeled. Large king bed is comfortable. Large flat screen in LR and great WiFi. Minor issue and host responded quickly.

Great place to stay

This apartment is great. It’s very close to the main strip with restaurants and shops. It very spacious inside and has the added benefit of a common area. It’s clean and has everything neccessary for cooking. Brittany even let us check in early. Will definitely be staying again.
