Spacious home on a hill

The house had plenty of room. The backyard was great for my dog to run around and for me to sit at the table with my coffee. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. It worked well for my needs while visiting family.

Good for visiting Spokane

Location was quiet, safe, and a convenient spot for visiting all around the city. Nearby elementary school (on summer break) was a good spot for the kids to play. We also enjoyed playing darts in the man cave. Property has personality. The interior renovations were nice. Exterior and yards felt a bit unkempt, but maybe that’s because it was midsummer and the garden plantings weren’t yet producing. Glad to have found this spot for our visit to Spokane!

Happy Canadian

We haven’t been down to Spokane for a few years. This is the first time we stayed in a house instead of a hotel. The house was nice and we spent a few nights just sitting on the back patio and playing cards with the family. It was excellent. The house had everything a home should have and our host was timely at communicating. All in all it made our vacation a memorable one. Thank you so much for the hospitality and welcoming house.

We bought this house in rough shape in June 2019 and spent the last years gutting and rebuilding it with our own two hands. The home and yard have been a labor of love and dedication, and we’re excited to share it with you while we work abroad this year. We hope you cherish your time here and ask that you take care of it as if it were your own.

This vacation rental is made possible by a team effort. Everything from cleaning as a summer job to indulging in passion projects like gardening and design is a family affair, with everyone pitching in to make it possible.
