Texas Barn är ett företags två sovrum, 1700 kvadratmeter separat gästhem beläget på en privat, gated 3 tunnland egendom i hjärtat av Medical Center. Badrummen har ett stort badkar och dusch. Grunderna inkluderar också ett huvudhem, gäststuga och separat garage. Användning av den privata poolen och picknickområdet ingår. Flera katter strövar runt på fastigheten och kan underhålla dig!
Detta är en fullt möblerad företagsenhet komplett med sängkläder, disk, köksredskap, kastruller, TV, DVD, telefon, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, internet service och kabel. Det enda som är nödvändigt är din resväska. Staden San Antonio kräver tillstånd för korttidsuthyrning och vårt tillståndsnummer är 2019-0015.

Bekvämt beläget i en livlig korridor i San Antonio, är detta en parkliknande miljö som ger dig känslan av att bo i landet. En vacker vandringsled (Leon Creek Greenway) på 20 mil ligger inom en mil från fastigheten. Det finns många golfbanor i närheten.

Om ägaren: Jag är en pensionerad pedagog och anställd i flygbolaget. Min man och jag tycker om att resa, men vi älskar också vårt hem i San Antonio. Trädgårdsskötsel och hålla marken underbar är ett favorit tidsfördriv. Vi älskar särskilt att underhålla och njuta av kvällarna runt uteplatsen. Vi lagar ofta ute och njuter av utomhusmat och ett glas vin eller en margarita vid poolen. Vi älskar att lära känna våra gäster. Det finns alltid en öppen inbjudan. Vi har flera katter som vill bli pettiga och älskade.

För en avkopplande resa är detta rätt plats att komma! Du är mitt i stan och rörelse i San Antonio, men ändå när du kommer in i den här egenskapen känner du att du är i landet! Vi är listade med staden San Antonio som leverantör av korttidsuthyrning och vårt tillståndsnummer är 2019-0015.

Comfortable, clean, cute guest house. Close proximity to everything. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The dogs were so happy to great us when we returned from our sighseeing trips. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

I loved my visit to this wonderful property. The barn is adorable. Clean, nice amenities, comfy beds. The dogs were so friendly and fun companions for our stay. But the owner will warn you if you start throwing the ball, you are committed for the rest of your visit! 10/10

Incredible oasis!

We were traveling to San Antonio for a vacation with a few days of a convention added at the end. We wanted to avoid staying in hotel rooms and looked for a nice home to base our adventures out of. This location was absolutely perfect! It comes exactly as described. It is cute, comfy, and convenient to all of the fun things. Our teen daughter loved the property and it made vacation feel like a home. The pool area is lovely. The beds are comfy. The shower had pleeeenty of hot water to relax after a 105 degree day. Everything is exactly as advertised, or better! As to the animals...The herd of deer next door love to make an appearance. The 4 dogs are all the bestest of boys and girl. Take the warning seriously..... if you touch the ball... you will never be allowed to stop. We were a little cautious at first as they are big as advertised but the dogs quickly fell in love with our girl and would roam the property with her. They are sweet and well-behaved pups. If our travels take us back to the area this is the first place we would consider!

Loved our stay!

We had the best time relaxing here each day! The dogs are so adorable and friendly and really make the stay so much fun. The deer next door are wonderful to visit with and the hosts are perfect. They live right there on the property and were so welcoming and inviting and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need.

Wonderful Experience

We absolutely loved our stay at The Barn! It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 2 boys. The home was clean and had all of the essentials we needed for our little vacation. The boys loved swimming in the pool, playing basketball and playing with the dogs every evening. Paul and Rhonda are wonderful hosts who were very attentive, easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay at the property and playing with the dogs! It was quiet and peaceful and relaxing. Lots of amenities close by and our host was such a sweet lady and the pups were just as sweet.

This was the perfect place - close enough to get everywhere, far enough to feel like you're out of town. Very quiet, very clean and comfortable, and very beautiful. Paul and Rhonda were very responsive and welcoming hosts, and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. We hope to book this one again for our next trip down!!

Relaxing Retreat

Great Location

Communication was amazing, always replied promptly. Rhonda and Paul were such good hosts, lovely property and cosy accommodation. The dogs were a plus for us, as we left three fur babies at home, but Rhonda was very respectful where they were concerned. The roaming deer were another plus if you are an animal lover like us! We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and if we ever visit San Antonio again, that’s where we would stay.

I was going through cancer treatment at Methodist. I had to stay close to Methodist for clinic .

Perfect Vacation Stay

The previous comments about the dogs and stairs were accurate. The dogs were super nice. We enjoyed their company. The VRBO was perfect for us. The location was super convenient for everywhere we went. The owners were very accommodating to all our questions. Good suggestions for visiting various sights. The deer next door were fun to watch too. The pool was also nice and convenient. Nothing but positive to say about our stay. We would highly recommend.

Great Stay

Comfortable and quiet. Excellent accommodations. Couldn't ask for more, kitchen well supplied, beds very comfortable, private setting, and best of all, interaction and relationship with host/hostess was outstanding.
