Färsk, Fabulous, bottenvåning lägenhet med AC i vardagsrummet och en kort promenad till en av Mauis bästa stränder. Poolområdet ligger rätt ut sidan vår enhet. Vårt kök har en gasspis och allt du behöver göra varje måltid. Bekväm säng och bra sängkläder för en god natts sömn eller att koppla av och titta på tv. Bara en enkel promenad till snorkling, boogie boarding eller en promenad på stranden för att titta på solnedgången, sköldpaddor simma och valarna hoppar.(seriöst jag har sett det!) Några av de bästa stränderna för snorkling eller boogey boarding är hos Charley Young och Kamaole 1. Surf Cove är bra för nybörjare surfing eller paddla boarding och det är bara en kort promenad bort! Säkra gratis WiFi och kabel för dig som behöver jobba medan du är på semester, eller om du behöver hålla kontakten! Fri parkering vid sidan om enheten. Palmlövverket av Lanai lägger till den tropiska känslan med filtrerat ljus, åh så Hawaii .. Det finns så mycket mer än bara att erbjuda, jag föreslår starkt att komma till Maui och bo på detta fantastiska ett sovrums lägenhet, ta reda på själv hur bra det är att stanna här! AC i vardagsrum och fläktar där det behövs.

Great location that is quiet and private

I would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice to how cozy and nice this place is. Karen and Ivanka were extremely nice and very helpful! I had an easy time getting around Kihei with how close this property was to everything and beautiful place to come back to after exploring.

Everything about this space was perfect from the thoughtful extras provided, location to beaches and shops as well as cleanliness and communication with the owners. The pool was wonderful! Everything about our stay here was amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place

The condo was perfect for me and my boyfriend. We stayed 9 nights and enjoyed every second. It is a short distance from many shops and food spots, along with a short walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Great location with all the amenities

We had a lovely stay and would book this place again. The location was great, the place was clean and stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very clean and the grounds keepers were really pleasant. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly and clearly.

Perfect for a girls trip to Maui

My friends and I stayed at Karen and Andrew’s place for a girls trip to Maui, and we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved our stay! Definitely recommend, and can’t wait to come back.

Cozy Condo

Had a wonderful stay with my husband on our honeymoon. The condo was clean, cozy, and was located in a great area of Kihei, close to all the food trucks. King bed was extremely comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and went over above and beyond to make our stay special 100% recommend staying here

Best location, sweetest home!

My husband and I enjoyed this little home for 5 wonderful days. The location cannot be beat—it’s in such a great spot, with amazing eateries in both directions. Only 30 min drive to the start of Road to Hana, and a beautiful scenic drive to the west. The apartment had everything we needed and more!! Appreciated to the beach gear so much. Mahalo and Aloha!

Lovely little spot

Great stay!

My sister and I had a great stay! We loved that the property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The convenient parking spot was great, and we loved being able to sit out on the lanai with the view of the pool. Within walking distance to the beach and lots of great food trucks and restaurants. We’d love to stay again in the future!

A wonderful place to call home

We absolutely loved this place. You’re never too far from anything in Kihei, and almost everything was less than 10 minutes away unless we were heading inland. The owners were very communicative whenever we reached out, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Beautifully decorated condo close to the beach!

Loved Karen’s place! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location that is a very short walk to Kamaole 1 and great cafes and food trucks! Karen was also very quick to respond and was gracious enough to provide a late checkout!

Comfortable and central

We loved staying at this property! It was our first time on Maui and the location was really central, very close to several beaches and to Wailea. We loved all the little touches, including beach bags and coolers. The kitchen was well stocked too, should you want to cook up a big meal. Overall we loved our stay and miss Kihei already!

We've been coming to Hawaii together from Seattle, for the last 25 years and we think of it as our second home! We've finally made the leap to buy in Kalama Terrace and we couldn't be happier! We are excited about sharing our home with you!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Kihei having local flair and being on the dry side makes it our favorite location on Maui, Plus we wanted a small complex.. The bonus was the solar power and its close to our favorite beaches and restaurants.. When we saw this property come on the market we had to figure out how to buy it! It was the exact spot we wanted, ground unit so we could have easy access to the pool. Westerly facing so we could enjoy the sun as long as possible, plus a little privacy with beautiful foliage by the lanai, exactly what we wanted!! Plus less than a 5 minute walk to our favorite beaches!! It was perfect, it needed to be remodeled and we wanted to make it our own! New kitchen, floors, furniture, almost everything is new or has been redone! Lots of hard work, but we couldn't be happier with it, we hope you will be too..

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

One of the many things we love about our condo, is the easy access to the pool from the lanai.. It's a ground floor unit which seems to keep it a cooler.. We also have 2 boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards an umbrella and cooler, for a little beach time.. We TRY and keep herbs and spices there for cooking as well as sugar, oil, plastic bags so it's easy for you to show up and not have to spend a fortune setting up the kitchen for a few days.. We supply soap for washing clothes, plus small bars of soap for the shower, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer.
Close to snorkeling beach and surfing.
