The Neighborhood:
Fort de Dailly: It is still used by the Army for personnel training, but the artillery part, including km of galleries, ammunition rooms, a subway rack railway, is open to the public by appointment at the Saint Maurice tourist office. The visit lasts three hours, includes a briefing and a small museum. Its trails are suitable for wheelchairs.
Les Bains de Lavey: Excellent for relaxing for about three hours. The main pool is large and has plenty of places where you can massage with the various water jets. The water temperature is ideal and if it snows or is very cold it is perfect. There are several hammams and saunas and if you are brave you can take a dip with cold water after the hammam in a well or with a bucket that falls directly on your head. There is an indoor pool with music playing underwater at the hour.
