Guests will enjoy a smooth arrival with self check-in via a smart lock. Before your stay, you’ll receive a unique access code, allowing you to enter the home at your convenience without the need for keys.



This beautiful North Phoenix retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling swimming pool that’s heated to a comfortable 85°F from October through April at no extra charge. (Please note, if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F, the water may not reach the full 85°F.) The outdoor space is perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun, enjoying a barbecue, or unwinding under the stars in the evening.

Pets are welcome to stay at no additional cost — we just kindly ask that you pick up after them so everyone can enjoy the space. Whether you’re here for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, this home offers the perfect base for your Phoenix stay.

Getting around is easy from this North Phoenix location. You’re just minutes from I-17, making it simple to explore downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, or even take a day trip to Sedona or the Grand Canyon. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and there’s plenty of free parking at the home if you’re bringing your own vehicle. For outdoor lovers, hiking trails and parks are just a short drive away.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum.
Private swimming pool is heated between the months of November and April at no additional charge. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be below 85 degrees. Pool is serviced once every week.
