Thank you so much for the great review! I’m glad the location worked so well for your Wrigley and Chicago plans, and I really appreciate the kind words about the communication and value. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d be happy to welcome you back anytime you’re in the neighborhood!

Thank you for the review! I'm glad you enjoyed the location and found it so convenient for Wrigley Field and the neighborhood. It's great to hear the apartment was clean, well-stocked, and that the parking worked out well for your stay. I also appreciate you mentioning the entry stairs. While it's only a few steps down to the garden unit, guests with mobility concerns may find them challenging, and that's helpful feedback for future visitors. Thanks again for staying with us, and we'd be happy to host you again on your next trip to Chicago!

Thank you for the great review—we’re really glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, cozy feel, and especially the location! We appreciate the note on parking as well—it can be a bit tight for larger vehicles, but we’re happy it still felt secure. And thanks for the feedback on the mattress—we know comfort is personal, but we’ll definitely look into options like a topper to improve the experience. Would love to host you again next time you’re in Chicago!

Thank you for your thoughtful and balanced review. I'm glad you enjoyed the location and found the convenience of being able to walk to and from Wrigley Field to be a highlight of your stay. I also appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions. We've already begun addressing several of the items you mentioned. . I also appreciate the feedback regarding the bed and will certainly take that into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience. Regarding the ceiling height, you're absolutely right—this is a vintage Chicago building, and while we include photos of the space, guests who are especially tall may find some of the doorways and basement areas lower than those found in newer construction. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing constructive feedback. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Glad you had a great time! welcome back soon!
