Located along the Santa Rosa Sound near Navarre Beach. While this is a townhome community by the Bay there is no beach access, however the drive to the beach is a short few miles to cross the bridge to the beautiful Beaches of Navarre. This lovely retreat is within minutes of grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, and fun attractions. Plus, with a community pool, youâll never run out of things to do!
The open-concept living/dining room will undoubtedly be the hub of this beautiful retreat just steps from the sand! Cozy furnishings and plenty of seating encourage time together, whether preparing delicious meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen or playing board games at the dining room table. Cleanups are a breeze with a full-sized washer and dryer, leaving more time for fun adventures, like hitting the community pool and heading to the beach for hours of fun!
There is also a BBQ Grill located on the back patio for outdoor grilling
Summer by the Sound is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Juanaâs Pagodas, Dewey Destinâs, The Slippery Mermaid, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, and Johnny Hustonâs Grille and Bar.
Youâll find plenty of family-friendly attractions nearby too, including the Gulf Breeze Zoo, the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and the Navarre Family Watersports Adventure Complex.
