Summary:
Welcome to our home on an 8000ft block with big back deck just north of the 70th park and ride. Only 15 minutes to Seattle and UW, 5 minutes to Bellevue & Kirkland water front. Convenient to Seattle/Bellevue Microsoft/other tech companies. Plenty of parking, 2 kitchens & living rooms we love it as a beautiful oasis of rest.
The Space:
Spacious 3 bedrooms 5 beds, 2 full baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, office, dining room and perfect for family gatherings, friends, getaways or a work safe haven.
Guest Access:
You'll have use of the whole home, decks, yards etc. 3 bed, 2 baths, 2 kitchens its all yours. We just ask you do not access the garage :)
The Neighborhood:
We love our neighborhood its 3mins to anything: water, coffee, food, great restaurants, bowling, trails, paddle boarding ... you get the picture its awesome!
Getting Around:
We are less than a block from a major metro station which allows you to get anywhere quite quickly. Also easy freeway access for wherever you may want to go.
Other Things to Note:
There are lots of special recommendation in our welcome book at the apartment.
