Welcome to my Home!
Located right in the modern Cluster K, a mixed area of commercial and residential spaces. My home is located in a secure skyrise that offers scenic views of Dubai's futuristic skyline.
Comprised of a open living space with a kitchen and living integrated as one, and to keep you cool in Dubai's hot climate. You'll first step inside and be greeted by the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the modern amenities and essentials to make a full meal. A kitchen island that doubles as a dining table with 3 bar stools. A sitting area with a large, plush sofa and a smart TV with Netflix capability. Outside, there's a small balcony with seating for you to enjoy the cool desert nights.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens, a TV for you to enjoy in bed, and fresh towels. The bathroom comes with all the basics with complimentary toileteries.
You'll have access to all shared facilities such as the gym and outdoor swimming pool.
My home is cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow late night walk or stroll along side the lake. Community retail stores cater to the basic needs of the inhabitants even available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters creates huge and ease connectivity between the large districts of the community.
The inhabitants as well as the working class within the JLT is benefited with a wide range of facilities within reach such as quiet community areas, cafe terrace, shaded walkways and benches. Addition to that it also include pavements fountains, lake fountains, garden near to avenues, groves of trees, desert gardens and bespoke sculptural features.
Consisting of regular grocery stores, laundries, cafes and retail outlets Jumeirah Lake Towers caters to the basic needs and supply the entire daily requirement for the residents. Beside these some major shopping hubs can be found in the nearby areas of JLT such as Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Pearl Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall and Mall of Emirates. These shopping paradises assist in all the needs of the residents and visitors of JLT such as shopping, dining and entertainment.
- The area is about 30 minutes away from Dubai International Airport (DXB)
- Around 5 minutes to Sheikh Zayed Road, but allow a little more time during peak hours.
- It will take about 10 minutes by car to reach the business hub of Dubai Media City and DIFC Dubai is about 20 minutes away.
- If Downtown is your destination, you can be there in 20 minutes, traffic dependent.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
